Pronouns are what you go by, no not like your name, but your gender identity like for example:
"Hi I use he/him pronouns"
So like " he went to the grocery store with his family"
for she/ her it's :
"She went to the store with her family"
And for they/them it's :
"They went to the store with their family"
There are a lot of pronouns available like
He/they
She/they
They/he
They/she etc
it means they prefer both sets of pronouns
Or they like to mix it up so for example she/they:
"She went to the store with they're family"
Or for they/she
"They went to the store with her family"
There aren't just two genders there are thousands,
Please respect peoples pronouns
