"Psst!"

A whisper woke him up earlier then usual and he didn't know who is was

"Hey! I'm at your window Qiuqiu!"

Xingqiu slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes. He looked towards the window and saw Chongyun standing outside his window

"Could you let me in so I don't get caught by the guards...?"

"Chongyun it's 3am..."

"Just let me in!"

Xingqiu groaned and slowly rolled out of bed. He stumbled towards the window and opened it to let Chongyun in. Once Xingqiu shut the windows, he immediately fell into Chongyun's arms

"Mm... why are you here so early..."

His eyes were closed as he asked and his voice was a little hoarse from just waking up. Chongyun gently moved him back onto his bed and pulled the covers over Xingqiu

"Sorry, my parents were arguing again. I didn't really want to get in the middle of it so I just left"

Xingqiu was know a little more awake so he sat up and stared into Chongyun's icy blue eyes.

"Is everything alright? Your parents seem to be arguing a lot..."

"Mm yeah, don't worry about it. It's just business stuff..."

Chongyun averted his eyes and tried his best to pull down his sleeves. Xingqiu immediately noticed and took Chongyun's hand, rolling up his sleeve

"Xingqiu wait-"

Before Chongyun could say anything, Xingqiu had already seen it. Scars and open cuts, blood slowly seeping out of a few of them.

"Yunnie... I told you not to hide this from me!!"

Xingqiu quickly jumped up and dug out the first aid kit he had in his room. He quickly cleaned out the wounds and carefully bandaged them up.

"What happened, no lying this time..."

Xingqiu's golden brown orbs glared into Chongyun's sharp blue ones. The older boy sighed and shook his head

"I... it's nothing big... just trained myself too hard"

"Chongyun, I've seen you with open cuts even if you never left your house. This has been going on for as long as I can remember, I'm getting really worried"

Xingqiu gently held Chongyun's shoulders but he didn't respond.

"I don't want to force you to tell me if you don't want to... but I want you do know that I'm here if you want to talk about it"

Xingqiu leaned on Chongyun and rested his hands on his chest. Chongyun gently brushed his hands through Xingqiu's hair and leaned back on the backrest. They both closed their eyes and got comfortable, slowly falling asleep while listening to each other breathing
