(Not Edited Sorry)

Scarlett POV
I walked out of school with my group of friends.
"I CAN'T wait till after school." Sky yelled throwing her hands up in the air excitedly.

"I Know, me either." I replied loudly.
We all laughed, earning weird looks from everyone around us, including my brother, Tyler.
His grey eyes looked at me and a small smile crept onto his lips. I could see the mischievous glow in his eyes but I decided to ignore it.

"I've heard that it's going to be hot all month. We should go to the public pool next week." Amanda commented.

We all nodded our heads and turned to the ice cream truck. My mouth started to water up and I almost started to drool. But no i gotta save up money or at least wait for my litttle brother.

My phone started to vibrate but no one else seemed to notice it. I pulled it out and saw Grams phone number on my screen.
I answered the call and looked at the street.

"Sweetie can you please pick up your brother, Lui, from school. I'm not feeling to well." Her voice was low an scratchy.

"Yeah Gram do you want me to bring you anything. You don't sound too well." I asked worriedly.

"No. I just have a headache and a soar throat. Nothing too major." She replied.

"Okay bye Gram. hope you feel better" I replied. I ended the call and looked at the time. It was 1:55. I was going to make it, if I ran.

"Hey guys I have to get going. I'll text you later. And Sky, don't forget to pick me up." I yelled grabbing my brothers hand and running.

"Kayyy" I could hear her yell.

Once I got to his school I was panting.
"Ohhh MY GOSH, I am so tired." I yelled.

"How can you be. Your a damn cat for crist sakes." My brother said glaring at me.

I gave him a sly smile and looked at the gate of my little brothers school.
After a few minutes my little brother came out with a huge smile plastered on his small little face.
His grey/green eyes roamed the street as he looked for Gram.

"Lui, I'm right here." I said waving my hand up in the air.

His cute eyes turned to me and his smile grew wider, if that was even possible.

He came running to me and wrapped his arms around my legs.

"Scarlett, your here." He yelled happily.

I ruffled his brown hair and picked him up. He wrapped his legs around my waist and I wrapped my arms around his small figure.

"Yeah kiddo. Hey let's go buy some ice-cream at the shop." I whispered.
He nodded his little head and pulled his arms up to my hair.

We walked along laughing every now and then. I placed Lui down because my arms were starting to get soar.

I walked until I accidentally bumped into someone. I looked up and was caught by some small hands. She picked me up an I quickly apologized.

"Scarlett" she asked.
I looked up only to be met with some light blue eyes.
"Rachel, oh my gosh I haven't seen you in so long." I wrapped my hands around her and smiled happily.

"Me either girl. I can't believe that I just saw you. its been forever."she yelled finally letting me go.

"i know huh." something nudged my leg and i looked down to see the cutest dog ever. She was wearin a cute dress and some little bows on her head. But its eyes were the thing that amazed me. They where golden and had a shimmering sparkel to them.

"I see we have a friend here." i said bending down to pet it. She moved clowser to me and licked my cheek. Her tounge on my cheek felt so good almost right.

Ewwwww what am i thinking shes a girl and a dog. i said towards my cat.

But suprisingly she stood quiet, i honestly thought that she was going to snicker about how annoying dogs are and to not touch it. But Cat didnt say anything. Nothing at all.

"yeah this is Jay. My wolf dog." Rachel said in an exided tone.

"Wait isnt it a girl." Jay growled at me and i just laughed. "sorry pal but its just the way you're dressed."

I stood back up only to see Racheal staring at me with huge eyes. She almost looked happy. Her head tilted back to her dog then to me.

Well this just got awkward.
