YOUR POV
"Today's the day." I whispered to myself over and over again. "What if she decides she doesn't want to live with us anymore?" Natasha worried as we pulled into the child services center to take Anastasia home. "Then I would've bought a trampoline and all her toys for nothing." I joked trying to lighten the mood. "She's not even there yet and you're already spoiling her." Natasha rolled her eyes at me playfully. "Please. I've barely breached the surface of spoiling." I deadpanned. My wife just laughed and we both walked hand in hand into the building. Immediately we were met with a little Strawberry blonde running into my arms. "Y/n!" She giggled as I picked her up. "Hey Монстр. (Monster.)" I put her down and she immediately hugged Nat's legs. It was the cutest thing I'd ever seen. Natasha was stunned by the gesture but as soon as the little girl let go Nat kneeled down and hugged her properly. "She's all yours." Diana stated genuinely. "Thank you. For everything, it means a lot." Pulling her into a short but meaningful hug. "Don't mention it. It was my pleasure to make you guys happy after you guys did me." Winking at us. Jesus this lady was a flirt. "We'll keep in touch." Natasha smiled at her. Diana nodded and walked off. "Ready to go?" I asked Anastasia as I grabbed her small suitcase that had her old bear since she now holds the new one I made her. "Yay!" She giggled before reaching her arms out gesturing for me to pick her up. I smiled at her before picking her up with ease and holding her on my side. Natasha tried to take Anastasias suitcase but I moved in from her grip. "No way. I got this." I protested. "Just let me help." She scoffed at me. I couldn't help but give in and hand her the suitcase. I open the car door and strapped Anastasia in the car seat Nat bought for her. As I finished Nat tried to get in the car by herself. "Um excuse me!?" I protested while moving in front of her. Natasha just chuckled and crossed her arms over her chest. "If we had to chase down someone you would still take the time to open my door for me?" Is this woman serious? My wife should already know the answer. "Obviously I would. No one is more important than my wife... and now my beautiful daughter." Glancing a the little girl who was playing with her teddy bear. "You're such a sweetheart." Natasha teased by squishing my cheeks. "Just get in the car." I rolled my eyes at her before opening her door. She just smirked and got in. I got in the car and drove to our house while Anastasia just hummed a tune that was unrecognizable. It wasn't until we pulled into our driveway that she spoke. "Home?" She questioned slightly unsure. "This is home." Natasha turned to smile at her. Anastasia just looked at it with big eyes. I opened Nat's door then went to unbuckle Anastasia and just let her walk with me inside. She seemed amazed by the house, I honestly didn't think she'd like it. As soon as we entered I heard her mumble, "Wow." Natasha and I weren't sure how big her vocabulary was but we bought a bunch of books in different languages so she wouldn't be limited. I think she was unsure of what to do so I guided her through the house. "This is the kitchen. We eat over there." Pointing towards the dining room. She nodded her head before I walked us to the big living room that had nothing but space. "This is where we watch cartoons." Hoping to relax the girl a bit. It seemed to work since her face lit up. Liho made his appearance and I didn't think this girls face could light up even more. "Kitty!" She exclaimed while rushing over to the black prick of a cat. "His name is Liho." Natasha chimed in. "Hi Liho!" She rubbed the cat softly and he just purred into her touch. Maybe he won't be such an asshole anymore. Natasha and I finished showing her everything downstairs and now it was time to show her, her room. As soon as we opened the door Anastasia gasped and immediately jumped on her Princess bed. I heard Natalia let out a breath of relief and I couldn't help but smile. The room was a periwinkle purple because we couldn't decide and everything matched because if it didn't I'd probably be agitated every time I walked into this room. "Do you like it?" Natasha asked hesitantly. "Yes, Благодарю! (Thank you!)." It made me smile at how this girl already had manners. "All your toys are in these bins so when you're done just put them back. And these books we'll read them to you every night and you get to pick." Hoping that wasn't too much information at once. I'm guessing it was fine because Anastasia hugged both of our legs. Hopefully she was going to be taller than Nat so we could both bully her later on. "You wanna go outside?" Natasha questioned the little girl. She nodded aggressively and gestured for me to pick her up again. I laughed at how she was already super clingy and now I would have two tiny clingy red heads in my arms from now on. We went to the back and showed her to open yard we have and the amazing pool that she almost fell in. It gave Natasha a scare but I couldn't contain my laughter about how our daughter is a daredevil. We jumped on the trampoline for a little bit until Nat got a text from Steve. "What is it?" I asked plopping down next to her. "They want to see their niece." Natasha stated. We both shared a look before I grinned and turned to Anastasia who was laying on her back on the trampoline. "You wanna go meet your uncles?" I asked laying down next to her. "Uncles?" She asked like the word was foreign to her. "Come on you're going to meet our close friends." Natasha chimed in.
