There was a moment in my life where it started. It started with me wanting to change. Not only with changing how I thought but with how I felt toward things and myself, how I dressed, how I carried myself, how I made friends and who were my Friends. I wanted to change my life to how I knew it needed to be. I knew deep in my heart that I didn't want to be hurt anymore, be sad anymore, be closed anymore. But the more I didn't want to be closed, the more closed I became because I had gotten used to the fact of me using that as a way to fix things. And it worked. But I continued to want to change how I looked to be more comfortable in my own skin and to look at myself in the mirror and smile instead of cringe. And I'm still doing that change, still figuring out what that change is to be. And I'm actually happy with the thought of that change because it's my change. Not a change that someone else told me to do.

And I can take that.
