chapter 9: rival fight 2

3rd person pov

Celica rushes towards y/n and punches him, he tries to block it but it knocks him back

Y/n: (I can tell just by that punch that she's gotten a lot stronger somehow, I need to keep my guard up)

She then kicked him in the side, causing him to go rolling on the ground

Y/n: ICE MAGIC: ICICLE SHOT

Y/n then fires icicles at her, she jumps out of the way, but one scratched her on the shoulder, causing her to scream in pain

Celica: AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!

Y/n: (the icicle only grazed her, yet to make her cry out in pain like that, could it be whatever increased her strength also increased her sensitivity to pain?)

Y/n then rushed towards her and attempts to kick her, but she blocks it and grabs his leg

Y/n: (what?)

She then threw him causing him to crash into a stall, he then stands up

Y/n: LIGHTNING MAGIC: LIGHTNING CAGE

a cage of lightning then appears around celica

Y/n: (that should hold her for a while)

Just as he thought this though, celica breaks out of the cage, y/n's eyes widen

Y/n: (impossible!)

Celica then sees yuri watching the fight, she then smirks and runs towards her

Y/n: YURI!

Celica then lunges towards yuri: ready to stab her with her claws, but then y/n appears in front of her and grabs her arm, her eyes widen at his speed

Y/n: that's enough celica

He then punches her in the stomach, with enough force to knock her out

Y/n: sleep for a while

Celica: I'm sorry naom...i

With that she collapses on his chest

Y/n pov

I stare down at celica's unconscious body

Y/n: (naomi? Who is that)

I then lift her over my shoulders

Y/n: we should take her back with us

Yuri looks at me surprised

Yuri: huh? But why? She tried to kill you!

I then turn to look at her

Y/n: because something's not right here, why would she suddenly want to kill me? Why does she look like this, why did she seem to be in so much pain when that icicle lightly grazed her? It makes no sense

Yuri then pouts realising I have a point

Yuri: well I still don't trust her

I then smirk, walk over to her and give her a peck on the lips, causing her to blush, I chuckle

Y/n: come on let's go

Yuri: m...m...m...master that's not fair

I chuckle again at how adorable she is.

We get back to the house and I take celica upstairs and place her on the spare bed in Emma's room, when I walk outside of the room Emma was waiting for me

Emma: where have you been? You had me worried sick!

I flinch, I always hated when she gets upset at me

Y/n: sorry sis

She sighs, I then remember that I have to ask her

Y/n: hey Emma

She then turns her head to look at me with a serious face, as I only call her by her name in a serious situation

Emma: what is it?

I take a deep breath

Y/n: what...am I?

Her eyes widen, then she looks sad

Emma: it's a long story, sit down little brother
