Looks:

Small scars all over face, long scars over left eye, over right side of mouth, from top left of forehead to chin.

Gear:

Nanotechnology suit allows it to be extremely durable and agile, as well as lightweight. When worn, the suit can take the helmet off and on by having it transform back into the suit itself (like iron man's suit)

Wearing the leather jacket over everything.

Weapons:

Remington M24 Sniper Rifle, Suppressed, Bipod, 2-40x zoom scope

Integrally suppressed Kriss Vector, Vertical Forgrip, Red Dot sight, foldable stock

Dual suppressed P226 pistols

Bio:
Logan Karter was born in Ontario on December 17th, 1990. His father was a construction worker and his mother was a school teacher. From a young age his parents taught him everything to know, thanks to his mother he was raised to always listen intently, and his father taught him how to follow instructions. When Logan was 15, his father lost his job, so they moved to Indiana where his father got a new job as a construction worker for a better company, and his mother became a high school teacher. During high school Logan was picked on for having a Canadian accent, and for his mother being a teacher, but luckily he was a touch kid, and often beat up his bullies. He joined the Boxing team that his school had, and by Senior year he had the most wins in the schools history. After Logan graduated, instead of going to college, he found a need to defend the country that took his family in. He enlisted into the US Army at 18, and by the time he was 19 was deployed to Iraq with the 101st Airborne. During his time in Iraq, he had become a natural at shooting the enemy, and he found that he enjoyed it at the time. He deployed for 9 months and came back home unharmed. By the time he was a Specialist, he decided that he wanted to become a Green Beret, so he completed training and successfully became a US Army Green Beret. With the Green Berets, he deployed 3 times, once to Afghanistan, once to Syria, and once to Saudi Arabia. During his last deployment, which was to Afghanistan, the convoy he was in was ambushed by the Taliban, and most of the soldiers were killed. After fending off the Taliban, only a handful of soldiers were left alive, including Logan. Logan had scars and burns all across his face, mainly on his right side, his arm was broken and burnt, his leg was blown off his body, and he was close to death. Luckily, he was saved by his fellow soldiers and he had gotten a prosthetic leg. Logan was taken off of active duty, and in 2017, was discharged as a Sergeant. Logan had gotten PTSD after that attack, and his past deployments all had caught up to him, and he got diagnosed with PTSD, depression, and anxiety. He had plans to go to college, but he couldn't function due to his PTSD attacks. Soon, he had discovered a crime group called Shadow Syndicate, and he decided to try and join. He joined, and eventually worked his way up to the right hand man of the boss. Logan had created his own specialized kit for himself, and earned himself the name Specter for his swift, stealthy killing. Specter is notable for his killing, as well as his violent torture methods. Specter has robbed many banks, highjacked planes, trains, trucks, extorted businesses and rich people, and even become the best hitman in the Syndicate, tasked with killing anyone his boss tells him to.
