EVERYONE KNEW EVANGELINE THORNTON. she was the serena van der woodsen of her graduating class, the "it" girl, the trust fund baby everyone wanted to be friends with. unfortunately for them, she hung out with the most exclusive students at constance, and was part of julien calloway's friend group. she had grown up as close family friends to the de haan's and the wolfe's, and that hadn't changed.
what did change, however, was her feelings for one of the people in the group. audrey hope. it wasn't that they didn't like each other, no, but eva realized that she like liked her. this was tricky, though, since audrey was with aki menzies, and that eva was a girl. was audrey even into girls that way?
the return of gossip girl and the introduction of zoya lott barely bothered evangeline, but it sure did bother everyone else, which, of course, affected her. gossip girl brought her and audrey closer than ever before, leading to drama, scandal, cheating, and fights.
but that was the life of the rich and wealthy, right?

AUTHOR'S NOTE !
okay so this is my first gossip girl fanfiction, i've watched the original gg like five times but only the reboot once so if i mess something up tell me. ok. also, i'm entirely removing the rafa/max plot as well as the kate-keller-being-gossip-girl plot and instead it'll just be some random person, idk, like it won't be said you know? the teachers being so involved in teenager's lives just freak me the fuck out so i'm just getting rid of all that. kate and rafa will still be characters, they just will be teachers. that's it.
one more thing, the reboot doesn't really clarify how rich julien is? like they make her seem like a millionaire but don't actually show her doing anything rich other than posing for social medias and modeling, so i'll be adding lots of more rich moments for the whole group. red carpets and cameras and celebrities, you name it. also, evangeline (the oc) is SUPER well known so that'll be a factor as well!
