IN LIFE, we all have that friend who turned to an enemy.

In my case, I have one. It was a friendship I cherished so much to the point that I became dependent to that person. Aside from Tofer, she's the one who has been cheering me up when I feel down, or help me in anyway whenever I need help. And sometimes, it's the other way around.

She's probably the best friend one could ever ask for. Kaya no'ng nasira ang pagkakaibigan namin, labis akong nasaktan. I never expected that a day would come wherein we'll be shouting at each other's faces and pull each other's hair.

I saw a quote saying that any friend that has turned to an opponent has been hating you since day one. Baka nga totoo, 'no? Maybe she was not sincere after all. Well, sana hindi niya na lang ipinakita sa 'kin ang true colors niya. That just made me hate her too.

To the core!

"W-WHAT? Are you joking?" I couldn't believe I'm stuttering in front of her now. I'm not going to let her see any of my weak spots, again. Never!

"No, Belle. I'm not joking." Ngumisi siya. Lumapit pa siya't inilapag niya ang isang papel sa long table.

Parang kumulo na ang dugo ko nang mabasa ang mga nakasulat. It was her application letter for the Student Council. Napatingin ako kay Chris nang makitang may signature niya na ito pero walang emosyon na mababakas sa mukha niya.

The signature was definitely like Tofer's. So that means, Chris can copy the things only Tofer can do? Minsan napapaisip na rin ako. Does he have Tofer's memories?

According to what I've researched, people with Dissociative Identity Disorder tend to have amnesia during personality switches. Hindi pa nakakabalik si Tofer simula no'ng lumitaw si Chris kaya maipagpapalagay na wala siyang naaalala sa mga memories ni Tofer.

But according to my resources too, there are already cases wherein personalities can remember everything. May nabasa nga rin akong group personalities.

Kaya 'yon ang ipinagtataka ko ngayon. Does he remember Tofer's memories? At binalak niya bang inisin ako at tanggapin talaga 'tong babaeng to sa SCO?

"Ehem, Belle, natulala ka yata." My ex-best friend faked a laugh. "Nandiyan rin ang pangalan ko oh," dagdag niya.

Her name was written on the paper, like what she said.

Meet Michelle Imperial. Liban sa ayoko sa kaniya, nakakasuka rin ang pagkaka-rhyme ng mga pangalan namin.

I averted my gaze to Chris. "Mr. President, why did you accept this application? Pwede ba 'yon?" I ranted. "As far as I know, the president should appoint the officers."

"Kaya nga," sumingit ang bruha. "I presented an application letter and she approved it. Tsaka in-appoint niya 'ko."

"And what's your basis in accepting her?" Patuloy ako sa pakikipag-usap kay Chris at nagkunwaring hindi narinig si Mich. "Didn't you say that you let Gray do something first so he can prove himself? Gano'n din ang ginawa mo sa 'kin at kay Flavian."
