"When you play the game of thrones you win or you die."
- George R. R. Martin, A Game of Thrones****
It has been three days since Ashley and Jacob met and we have not made much progress.
Sleeping in the same bed as her fed that stupid urge to feel her touch and just be near her. However, we did not do more than that I shamelessly pulled her to me at her hips or let my hands wander over her body.
We kissed a few times but it was quick, I still don't know how to deal with this along with everything else going on in my life right now.
Ash and I were in this weird gray area where we didn't know what the hell was going on between us, we both hadn't experienced anything like this before.
But she promised me she wouldn't leave again and I promised her that we had all the time in the world and that nothing could separate us, so does that mean we're dating now?
I have no idea about all this shit and I find it strange to give a name to what we have, it is much too special to label it. And I think Ash sees it the same way I do.
Crazy to think that not too long ago I wanted to kill her. A lot has happened in the last months, bad but also a lot of good...
The thought of losing her sends a shiver down my spine...I'd rather kill anyone who threatens her than lose her. But she's strong and really smart, no one can threaten her that fast and that's good. It helps me sleep better.
We had to wait to see how the situation with Jacob would develop so that he would be safe, but it was just Dying boring. Sitting around all the time waiting sucks.
But Ash has made it very clear that she doesn't want to endanger her brother unnecessarily and therefore refuses to make any impulsive and rash decisions that could harm him instead of helping.
And yes I held back and listened to her so that nothing would happen to her stupid brother... otherwise she would have kicked my ass for sure. I don't care about his life but I do care about her. So I didn't act reckless like she would call it even if I thought it was the right decision.
Man, that was a stupid idea...three days have passed and the asshole still doesn't answer. Doesn't he want to save his pathetic life? The idiot should then also do something for it.
One good thing came out of the whole thing though, Ash thinks we should do some training to keep in shape and be ready. And fuck, I certainly had nothing against that.
She had changed her clothes and was now standing in front of me in a pair of black leggings and a tight tank top, in which her breasts almost spilled out.
"Harry?" Apparently she had called my name, but my gaze was shamelessly focused on her boobs and I had stopped listening the second she joined me in the kitchen.
