Background information:
Kai was admitted because he was part of a mafia gang called the shie hassaki. He was adopted by the original leader. Kai one day put the original boss in a coma. He has committed many murders along with other people who ruled by his side.

Warning: this patient tend to have severe anger issues and may lash out. He is also very cold and distant. He is also a massive germaphobe.

I thought as I opened the door.

I opened the door and poked my head in to see a young man with a book in his hand reading it. He looked over and then let out an irritated sigh, then just went back to reading his book.

I walked in and closed the door behind me. I started walking over to him and looked at me then said

"Stay away from me!"

I did as he requested and sat in a chair far away from.

"What do you want?"

He asked not lifting his eyes from the book

"Well I just introducing myself to you since I am your new doctor. My name is y/n l/n."

I told him waiting for him to say something but he didn't

I knew he was Ignoring me but I wasn't bothered he's not the first to just flat out ignore me. But I really wanted him to at least say something to me

"What might you be reading there?"

"It's a book by Walter deans myers called 'Monster'"

(A/n: by the way it's a real book it's actually really good)

"I've actually read that book. I personally think it's really good."

"I like it too. Probably cause it's the only book I have, so I've just been re-reading this one over and over again."

"Maybe you'd like if I got you another one?"

He stopped and looked at me

"Are you allowed to do that?"

"I don't see a reason I wouldn't be allowed to do that. So do you have a specific preference on what kind of book you'd like to read?"

He thought about it for moment

"I do enjoy horror-mystery books."

He told and I nodded my head

"I'll see what they have at a book store."

He went back to reading, but he said a almost non-existence "thank you."

After a few minutes my watched beeped indicating the end of our session

Background information: he is apart of the same group as patient 18804 aka Kai Chisaki he also very close with the patient. Childhood friends experts believe. He has committed mass murder along with the patient 18804.

Warning: this patient is incredibly closed off and distant. Getting him to talk is near impossible. He does show some reaction when mentioning patient 18804

I walked in and saw a young man with silver hair sitting in his bed just staring at the wall.

"Mr. Kurono?"

I said closing the door behind me. He looked at me but didn't say anything.

"I'm y/n l/n your new doctor."

He still didn't say anything just continued staring at the wall.

I smiled nervously and sat in a chair hoping he would talk to me but nothing.

My watched beeped and I got up

"Hopefully you feel like talking tomorrow. Goodbye for now mr. Kurono."
