After raising my wife like my own kid.. Now he is old enough and I need to talk with him, a proper talk to make him understand the seriousness of this relation!!
Again it's a fanfiction of our dear Shen Wei and Zhao Yunlan from the legendary show GU...
"Hey, you got married? Wow!.. Let me meet your husband" Wei's friend was so excited and he eagerly wants to meet Yunlan
"What will you do after meeting him?" Wei asks as they sit on the stairs.. "I will congratulate him and will be so happy," His friend told and Wei looked down "He will come to pick me, then you can meet him" Wei calmly answers and both drinks water but suddenly his phone rings
"Hello?.. I am outside" It's his husband and Wei looked at his friend "Ok, I am coming"
Both of them walk out of the college and his friend stops being shocked as he sees Yunlan waiting for Wei.. Shen Wei hesitantly smiles at him and walks away towards his husband..
"Did you eat anything?" Yunlan asks and Wei silently shook his head "Then let's go to eat!"
Later at night, Yunlan and Shen Wei were sitting in the garden enjoying the fresh and cool breeze.. Shen Wei was silent and lost "I know your friends tease you, taking my name and my age" Yunlan start some conversation
"Don't listen to them and just focus on your studies! I want you to become strong and confident!.. I want to see you successful!" Yunlan smiles thinking about his friend and the time he spent with him as a partner
Shen Wei just nods his head and Yunlan looks towards the sky than at Wei's red cheeks due to the cold breeze "Stand up, Shen Wei!.. It's getting cold" Yunlan extends his hand and Wei shook his head "It's good here, let me stay here for a while"
"You will catch a cold this way.. come inside and I don't want to see you sick, so, be a good boy and just rest!.. (Wei pouts) Okay I will take you on a long drive but right now I can't afford to see your shivering" Yunlan points at him as he notices Shen Wei was shivering slightly but Wei didn't stand and wants to stay there in the cold
Yunlan sighs with a little smile "If you want to stay here then I have a condition"
"What is it?" Wei curiously asked and Yunlan smiles while cupping his face "You have to sit in my embrace" Yunlan sits back and he opens his arms towards his wife
Wei thinks something then he observes the weather.. he really wants to stay there, so, he simply stands and walks closer to Yunlan before sitting in his lap and wrapping his husband's waist putting his head under Yunlan's chin.. Yunlan wraps his body to protect him from the cold and both smiles
"After exact 10 minutes, we will go inside" Yunlan orders and Wei again just nods with a small smile
The next day, Shen Wei was in his college and waits for his uncle to come and pick him.. Yunlan got a bit late as he stuck in a traffic jam, but he manages to reach Shen Wei as fast as he could
"I am so sorry, Shen Wei!.. I am here, come outside" Yunlan said on the phone but didn't receive any response from the other
Wei simply cuts his call and Yunlan feels uneasy.. As he decided to go inside the college for him but he sees Shen Wei running towards him instead
Yunlan gets worried seeing him like this "Shen Wei?" He mumbled and walks closer to him as well with fast steps.. Wei runs and hugs his chest tightly.. Yunlan places one hand behind his head and with the other hand, he wraps his waist..
Wei's bag falls on the ground.. And Yunlan gets scared when he heard Wei's light sobs.. "Shen Wei?" Yunlan worriedly calls him and Wei snuggles more into his chest
"What happened, Shen Wei?.. My heart is dropping, what happened?.. Did anyone say anything bad to you?" Yunlan was guessing about the possible reason when Wei said something very lightly trying to control his tears
"What?.. What happened?" Yunlan broke the hug and cupped his cheeks as he realizes something and frowns
He touches his forehead and neck with the backside of his hands and waves of anger runs in his body.. He was not angry at anyone else but himself thinking why he didn't take proper care of Shen Wei and why he failed to notice from the start that Shen Wei is burning with fever
Shen Wei again cried like a small kid in front of his mother... "My head is paining.. and body ache..." Wei suddenly bursts out crying even more "It's okay! You will be alright, it's just a small fever" Yunlan pulled him into his arms and embraces him
"Let's go to the doctor!" Yunlan picks his bag from the ground and wears it on his shoulder.. he then picks Shen Wei in his arms and takes him towards the car
Yunlan places Shen Wei in the car and fastens his seatbelt carefully, he caresses his face "You will be alright!" He said while kissing his hand and put the bag in the back seat and starts the car.. Later, in the hospital doctor gives a fever reducer to Shen Wei and treats his fever as well...
Wei feels better till evening and in this time Yunlan stick with him like a shadow.. He canceled all his meetings and just takes care of his wife
"I don't want to stay here," Wei said and Yunlan smiles "I won't let you stay here as well.. Let's go just let me see a doctor for your medicines.."
In the night, Wei again suffers from fever and Yunlan sits beside him. He takes care of Shen Wei by staying awake all night.. Wei suddenly sits up while screaming and cling to his chest "It's okay, you will be alright!" Yunlan keep him in his embrace and rubs his back to soothe him
Wei feels calm and loved in these arms.. He never felt this loved and relaxed after his dad's death but now he is in his most safe zone..
The next day Wei feels weak but he was alright, his fever was gone and he smiles looking up at his husband's face who was sleeping having him in his lap and arms..
Wei feels safe and he once again closes his eyes and doesn't want to wake up ever.. Wei slept again and after some time Yunlan opens his eyes "Shen Wei?"
Wei slowly open his eyes and looked at his face "How are you feeling?" Yunlan gently asks and Wei smiles "Feeling better"
"Then get up and eat something" Yunlan stands having his wife in his arms.. and Wei smiles.. Yunlan make him eat a lot and forbids him to attend college for few days
Yunlan also takes leave from his office and his only focus was Shen Wei and his health.. "You can go to your office!" Wei said as he stops calling him uncle.. "I will don't worry!.. Just let me make sure my angel is perfectly fine" Yunlan said and extends a glass of milk towards him but Wei leans back
"No!"

Yunlan glares at him sweetly and signs him to take it and drink but Wei stands and runs away like a baby "I don't want to drink this thing" Wei shouts and Yunlan nods "Okay, don't drink it! Come back and let's go to a long drive" Yunlan said and Wei comes back
As soon as Wei walks closer to Yunlan, he grabs him and makes him sit on the chair "This is cheating!" Wei said when he sees Yunlan's hand reaches the glass of milk
"Who said it is cheating?.. This is the way of feeding stubborn angels" Yunlan quickly wraps his shoulders "Come on!.. Drink it" Yunlan makes him finish the milk and smiles seeing a white mustache of his angel
He wipes his lips with his thumbs and cupped his face "That's like my good boy.. now let's go to a long drive" Yunlan smiles and Wei nods "Yes"
