It's not today, but as a mini little shitpost, I thought to myself, "What are the characters like on the other side of the spectrum?"
Well, that's what this chapter answers.
Here are the new names and their personality that I came up with:
Player
Spectator - Prefers to watch the games that the core group participate in and note down any tips and tricks that catches his attention. That way, when the time comes, he will be ready for both sides of the game...eventually. Also tends to not get involved in drama or just general discussions and decides to watch how it goes down. He is therefore not a very sociable person, an introvert.
Veteran
Novice - Pretty much the equivalent of Rookie from the main series. Whatever he faces, he just can't seem to get to grips with, even if he's already completed it with assistance several times. Always gives himself up unintentionally as an Impostor and gets approximately a quarter of his tasks done before being killed as a Crewmate, and about half before the Impostors win. Much like Player, he's unfortunately plagued with bad luck, which comes as a result of the quirks mentioned above. Regardless, he always strives to achieve his first victory and doesn't give up even in the darkest of times, which many of the crew consider to be inspired by, even if they are far better.
Captain
Lieutenant - Currently in the U.S. Navy at one of the lowest ranks possible. Is certainly aiming to increase the ranks for his hard work and dedication at sea. Comes across as a rather stern individual, who doesn't really hold friendship above all else, it's moreso a reserved situation for those he can really trust. Regardless, he almost never messes around and gets the job done as efficiently as possible, so he's often considered trustworthy. Will always try to lead meetings even if he didn't call a meeting and will demand sufficient evidence if he is accused.
The Gentleman
The Rudelady - The crew often misinterpret her name. She will always clarify that she is not vicious nor impolite of the kind, and insists that she's "rudimentary". She's rather casual in her attire, commonly not donning any of the customisable headwear. She can talk, but nowhere near as logistically, so her personality tends to fall flat in certain areas. In-game, she completes her tasks and tries to kill as many Crewmates as she can, but refuses to look past the main objective and focus less on tips and tricks that could help her turn the tide in some matches. In meetings, she gives lackluster evidence at best and takes a gander by randomly selecting someone to be voted out.
Mr. Cheese
Mrs. Chalk - Strangely leaves a trail behind of her own colour. It becomes a little concerning for the crew, but she tells them not to worry as she describes her "trait" as "leaving her mark". Unfortunately, that doesn't really benefit her in-game, because the Impostors can easily track her movement and plan on where exactly to kill her. Prefers to constantly change colours after each game to show how vibrant her personality is. A stunning artist who can even whip up a design of what occurred before her eyes to aid the Crewmates or buy her 'innocence', using multiple colours at once. Very bubbly in general and a delight to the crew, who rarely gets on anyone's bad side.
It's not much, but it's something, ig.
I haven't included relationships, here. I'll leave them up to you. ;)
