Step one :
• meditate for 10 minutes (or more), relax and get ready, you need to be a little tired for this method.
Step two :
• lay down in your bed in a starfish position and think about your DR and start counting 1-100 (you can use subliminals)
Step three :
• imagine that you’re in your DR, think about how it smells, looks, what you hear, the people around you, the tempature, the weather, the atmosphere...
Step four :
• when you reach 100 go to sleep thinking about your DR with affirmations and when you feel that your environment is changing “open your eyes”
