Hey Spence! I am so sorry about what has happened. I'm sure that if you are reading this letter something terrible has happened to me.
I am so sorry for leaving you. I know you have never truly been alone and you never will be. I trust that with my entire heart. I know it may seem difficult to let me go and be the only Dr. Reid in the world but I promise it will get better.
Before I fully leave you i believe I need to tell you a few things.
1) I am so sorry you are finding out about her like this but you had a niece. Her name was Katerina and she was shot on her first birthday. Her death was the hardest loss I have ever faced but sadly I don't think it hit me as hard as my death will hit you and for that I am so so so sorry
2) you need to know that even though it doesn't seem like it, the world is a great place and it's even better with you in it. You have seen some absolutely awful things and I know you believe that is all the world is but it's not. The world needs you Spencer Reid. Even if you feel like you have failed, even if you feel normal, the world needs Spencer Reid. I need Spencer Reid
3) I need you to know I am here for you every single step of the way. Even if I'm not right next to you, I will always be there for you. You can talk to me if you need someone to rant to or someone to cry to. I will always listen out for you
