Tommy was in the car with tubbo, both talking about whatever they could talk about, it wasn't a massive drive to puffys house, just a slightly short one

this made tommy slightly happy knowing he could still see tubbo

"Tommy i'm scared" Tubbo said,

"Why?" Tommy looked into tubbos eyes, fear filled them

"What if she's the same.." Tubbo whispered

"Why would she be? i promise shes nice, she's gonna take care of you, and i'm only round the corner" tommy smiled as they pulled to a stop

"But how long are you staying.." tubbo whispered, Tommy took notice of the sentence, he ignored it and focused on the house,

it was quite a big house, not much too it, but it was nice, "woah" Tommy said shocked getting out the car following tubbo in,

after a few hours of tommy helping tubbo unpack, tommy walked home,

he ran into some boys, on the way home

"Hey tom, how's your 'family'?" they mocked

Tommy took a deep breath, "please leave me alone i just wanna go home" tommy whispered

"you don't have a home buddy-" they were cut off by tommy punching them in the face,

All three boys shoved tommy to the floor, Tommy tried to fight back but couldn't

"HEY!" Someone yelled running over pushing the boys off, Tommy stood up in fear and hid behind the boy, the boy appeared to be techno,

"Scram kids" Techno gritted his teeth, The kids had fear in their eyes and ran,

Tommys breath was hitched, "you okay?" Techno turned crouching slightly to his height, tommy nodded slowly

Tommy followed techno home and once they were home techno got out antiseptic wipes and began cleaning tommys cheek where he had been punched, Tommy put his arms out shoving techno away,

"I'm fine, let it be" Tommy said,

"What's going on? tommy why are you bleeding" Wilbur walked into the room, standing next to techno and infront of tommy who was sat on the kitchen counter

"Tommy got into a fight in the way home"

"No i didnt-" Tommy folded his arms,

"oh my god- come here" Wilbur took the wipe and cleaned tommys wound, "Ow!"Tommy snapped,

"Okay your done" Wilbur said, tommy hopped off the counter and to his room

the sun had peaked through the window and tommy sat up slowly, he looked at the time 11am, he groaned lying back down putting the blanket over his head, shielding himself from the light

He fell asleep at 6am as he was playing minecraft with tubbo, and just talking to tubbo,

"Morning tommy!" Wilbur burst into the room,

"Go away, i'm tired" tommy grumbled,

"Get up dad has a surprise for you" Wilbur lifted hus blankets up throwing them off the bed;

"Fine." Tommy said, hus voice croaking,

he stood up and walked downstairs following wilbur,

He sat in the kitchen where everyone else was sat, "it's too early for this" Tommy yawned

"It's 11am?" Techno raised and eyebrow,

"Exactly" tommy said making everyone laugh,

"Anyway, here" Phil slid over a file, Tommy gave a confused look and opened up the file, tommy slid the papers out reading over them,

Tommy looked up at phil, and down af the paper, "your adopting me?" Tommy asked,

"Yeah, well it isn't signed yet, but" Phil laughed, "your a good kid"

Tommy has stood up throwing a hoodie on and some shoes and he fled the house,

tommy ran to puffy's house and knocked on the door, Puffy answered immediately "come in to-" Puffy said before tommy rushed past her and to tubbos room,

"Hey you okay?" Tubbo asked looking up from his phone,

"Phil wants to adopt me.." Tommy whispered, sitting on the bed next to tubbo

"that's good right?" tubbo raised his eyebrow,

"i- i dont.. i don't know" Tommy gave a shuddered breath

"Hey, it will be good. right? you won't have to move away" tubbo smiled, Tommy sniffed nodding slightly,

"Yeah, your right" Tommy smiled slightly,

There was a knock at tubbos door as wilbur entered "i thought you would be here"

Tommy stood up and hugged wilbur, "i'm sorry" he whispered.

"It's okay, let's just go home, dad wants to talk to you" wilbur chuckled,

Tommy nodded and said goodbye to tubbo, getting into wilbur's car, and sitting in silence as they drove home.

Tommy opened the front door, and sat in the couch,

"Tommy, we can only do it, if your okay with it" Phil sat next to him

Tommy took a deep breath, "It's okay, i would love to live here. permanently"

"Okay" Phil said, "you didn't see but you have to sign it also"

"Your kidding right? my writing is shocking" Tommy laughed,

"Here, i'll only sign it if you want" Phil asked,

Tommy nodded. he watched as phil grabbed the pen and scribbled on hus signature,

"Your turn" phil gave tommy the pen, Tommy nodded, taking a breath and writing his name,

"Done." Tommy said slowly,

"Welcome to family kiddo" Techno said ruffling tommys hair,

"thanks,"

a few hours later they were all out at a small restaurant, eating burgers and steak,

"Anything else i can get you guys? dessert?" a waitress asked,

"Boys you want anything ?" phil asked

"I'll have ice cream" Wilbur said "Yeah me too" Techno agreed

"Dad can i have chocolate cake" tommy asked, but stopped as phil looked up at him, "Sorry, Phil"

"Coming right up" the waitress smiled leaving the table,

"I'm sorry"

"Don't be, your family now" phil said,

Family.
