Grimoire (Bonnie Bennett x Reader x Prudence Night)

"You're sure that this is a good idea?" Ambrose asked Prudence. The soft pattering of rain on the roof had been soothing and for most of the morning Ambrose hadn't asked any questions. Prudence paused in her scribbling in the book in front of her.

"Of course. How could it not be?" She asked him. When he sighed, and pushed off the wall he'd lounged against, she turned to look at him.

"Well you know, love makes us blind. Mortal and magic rarely mix well. (Y/N) is inexperienced." Ambrose rattled off. Prudence frowned but before she could throw back a few sharp words the bell above the door rattled and Bonnie hurried in from the rain with you close behind.
"The weather is so bad. Storm just whipped up." You muttered as you were led, by Bonnie who had a tight grip on your arm, through to where Prudence was finishing up. "So what was the emergency?"

"We brought you a little gift." Bonnie said excitedly. She grinned and glanced at Prudence.

"Well, made you one." Prudence smiled proudly as she slid a neat notebook over the table with your name on the front. "It's a grimoire of spells that will actually work for you."
"So next time if you need to use a spell you know what to do. We put in instructions and everything!" Bonnie smiled as she opened the book to show you neatly drawn out instructions with small, neatly printed letters alongside Prudence's elegant scrawled writing.

"I love it!" You said happily as you picked it up and started to look through. Bonnie and Prudence sat with you as you looked at it and Ambrose bustled off to make some drinks. The rest of the stormy evening was spent looking through the grimoire that they had made just for you.
