Protect Me (Psalm 91)

Chapter 1

1. He who dwells in the secret place of the most high, shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

Whoever spends time seeking (by praying, praising him, reading his word, talking, etc.) the lord privately or with others. By seeking the lord you are protected by him and you are under his protection.
