A/N: Hello precious people! I'm back! Sorry it took a while to post this. Well, I want to share with you the song that I was listening to so I can get the feelings to write this chapter. I think this fits perfectly on how y/n feels (But not whole lyric fits in the story). This is song will not be in this chapter but if you want to, go check out the song Someone New by Banks. Okay then, happy reading! :D

You heard the click of her door shut as the view of her back disappeared slowly replaced by the closed door. It felt like you just got punched right in your gut. You stand there for a solid 5 minutes blankly stare at her door. Your heart feels so heavy. You can't believe that everything that you have with Lizzie is ruined by your own stupidity and your fear. As much as you want to stay just to watch her door and make sure she is safe all night, your heart just can't bear what you are feeling right now. You turn around and walk back up to your apartment.

As soon as Lizzie closes her door, she leans her back to the door. Her feet feel so heavy, as heavy as her heart right now. She is looking down. Her fight to hold the tears no longer works. Her tears pooled so much in her eyes that it started to overflow. Her vision gets blurry from the pooled tears. Just one move from her eyes, the tears quickly escape. She forced herself to not make noise and then cry in silence, she knows that you are still standing there. She doesn't need to see if you are still there, she knows you are. That's how strong the connection is between you and her.

After she lets out all the tears she has been holding, she finally makes steps. Walking past the kitchen on her right. She sees the bouquet of roses you gave her that's on the kitchen counter. With a dreadful feeling and sadness that piles up in her heart, she grabs it. She touches every single rose, her mind reminisces how you look and how you smile nervously when you give them to her, and how both of you dance slowly after that or your voice and your tone when you call her "darling" and "love". It usually soothes her but this time she feels pain that's followed by the memories of your voice saying she is just a friend to you. Her hope disintegrated. She closes her eyes as she hugs it, taking a deep breath that feels like full of needle pain in her heart before she tosses them in the trash bin. She sniffles and wipes her tears then goes to her room.

The first thing she does as soon as she gets into her room, she goes to her night stand just so she can lay the framed picture of you and her facing down. Looking at it only hurts her more. She goes to her closet to grab something that she was going to give you tonight and then she puts it away.

After she gets ready for bed, she lays down. Her mind keeps going back to you. She hates it but she never can get enough of you. She feels as if there is a razor blade moving through her in every single breath she takes thinking about you and her emotions about it. The sadness and the pain wore her out that she is falling asleep.

_____

Lizzie was in her deep slumber until she heard her phone ringing. Even though she was woken up suddenly from her sleep, her brain and her heart instantly wished it was you who's calling but she was wrong. It was Aubrey. Aubrey's cheerfulness is too much for her mood to handle, she knows her best friend will ask every detail about last night and it will devastate her even more so she ignores her call. She lays down, trying to ignore the sun lights that creep into her room screaming at her to wake up. She looks up to the ceiling, only to find you smiling. Wherever she looks, she sees you. She misses you, she feels empty inside. She regretted starting the argument last night but she is upset at the same time.

Meanwhile, you are doing the same thing she is doing. Staying in bed, thinking about her the whole night. Thinking about what you should do when you see her. To say that you want to hug her the first thing you see her is very understatement. You hate yourself right now for being such an idiot and a coward. You hate how the pain that Gwen caused takes control over you. The pain and the fear feels like buried deep under your skin that you can't rip it off of you just like that
