"Papa you remember I told you mommy had a new friend?" I asked Seven
"Mhm" he hummed tapping away on his iPad
"Well I really like him and..." I said
He stopped what he was doing and looked up at me with the meanest mug ever.
"What?" He said taken back
"I like a friend. Like, like him like him" I said
"The man you be going out with all the time?" He asked
"Boy how you know?" I asked taken back
"Ma it's me. Im smart" he said looking up
Right how could I forget. This boy is a grown man in a little kid body.
"Whatever. I want you to meet him..." I trailed off
Rakim and I have been dating for about 6 months now and things are going great. No lie these 6 months have been better than any relationship I've ever been in.
"No."
"What? why not?" I asked frowning
"Cuzzzz! You only like me" he said folding his arms
"Papa I love you. You know that"
"Yea..." he mumbled
"You know he can't replace you right? You still my favorite person in the whole world. It's you over everybody." I said pulling him in my lap
"You mines too" he said laying his head on my shoulder
"So would you just meet him one time? For me?" I asked
I really hope Seven likes Rakim because his decision means the most to me and I really like him.
"Ard" he said groaning
"Don't catch no attitude with me"

I had him dressed comfortably in a regular graphic t-shirt and some loose shorts since Rakim told us to dress in something comfortable. I wore the same thing as Seven.
"SNIPERGANGGGG!" He yelled squatting down with his middle fingers up
"You not spending time with Uncle Zy no more" I said shaking my head
"Why? That's my mans" he said laughing
My phone started ringing and it was Rakim saying that he was downstairs. I grabbed my phone and Sevens hand and walked out the house. We went downstairs and Rakim was in the lobby.
