The life of a pteranodon

The food chain

Ptera slammed into the mud, unknowing of how to land correctly, He tried to run at full speed but his body just collapsed, without a second to loose the same crocodile roared out of the water and at full speed went out for the baby, With nothing left in his body, he looked behind him giving up, almost like slow motion the deino opened it's mouth ready to scoop up the pteranodon in that instant large footsteps approached, *BOOM* *BOOM* *BOOM* A roar followed and the crocodile panicked and slammed it's jaws together wich then resulted in a large hiss, an ambush came seconds after the threat display, Ptera's luck hadn't ran out but with this many predetors his Father had given up on his life and assumed the worst, He picked his body up once more and ran into a bush, sitting under it as crocodile flesh and blood covered the ground, The sound of many mouths chewing would scare anything even the mighty tyranosaurus-rex.  This was the hardest way for an animal to learn it's place in the food chain and pure instinct told ptera that he was very low. He closed his precious eyes  with only 1 thought in his mind, survival...

A large scream echoed across the lands forcing ptera to wake up with adrenaline pumping through his veins, that's when a small pteranadon with broken legs and a broken wing lay there in pain, screaming in agony it was his s-sister, his heart pounded knowing he should do something but a sort of forcefeild stopped him from doing so. All he could do is watch with teary eyes, his heart broke inside, he tried to sceam but he just couldn't. And that's when a crocodile lunged out of the water and grabbed his sister, breaking the body into peices and leaving behind her leg, smushed on the ground, His father, He thought it was his fault she was dead and from that day on all he could think of is his sister, his father, and why was the world so cruel
