💗Saikis pov 💗

We're on this nature hike and I started reading the minds of the kids, just to make sure they weren't up to anything,
"Saiki..I can't keep up.. ah..ah.."
Kaido said as he was falling behind, I smile a little bit and hold his hand resetting his stamina to as it was before we started hiking
He smiles and whispers
"Thank you"
I nod and we continue to walk

🧸Max's pov 🧸
I turn a bit to see the new councilors, 'are they daiting? Eh, who cares'
I roll my eyes and look back up ahead
"Isn't this fun kiddos!"
David said with that annoying happy tone

"God this is stupid"
I muter under my breath, I look around for an exit, and as soon as the others were distracted I ran out of the group

💐Saikis pov again 💐

I watch as he left the group and stopped,
' "max left the group" '
"Huh? Oh hooey, well you campers go on ahead, I'll find-"
"We can find him"
Kaido said, interrupting David's sentence
"Oh? Well that's great! Come on then kiddos!"
He said as they all continue to go up the hiking trail

As soon as they were gone I teleported me and kaido just close enough to where max was

Max was sitting on a huge rock, his knees up to his chest and his hoodie up, along with his arms tucked inside of it, holding, hugging something close

He almost looked like a scared little kid, heck he is a kid..
'your the only one who cares..Mr honeynuts..'

Saiki and kaido look at each other, each feeling a little guilty for just watching him when he's like this, saiki then walks out and sits next to max, having him jump up a bit confused as to who the f_ck just sat next to him when he obviously was supposed to be alone

"What the f_ck? Where did you come from?!"
He said scooting away from the pink haired teen,
' "what's wrong?" '

"Nothing's f_cking wrong! Just leave!"
'im not okay..'
Saiki sighs and ruffles Max's hair gently, max immediately swats away his hand but saiki just went ahead and gave him head pats again-
"F_ckin stop it a_shole!"
'it feels kinda nice...'
Kaido then walks out and sits on the other side of where max was
"Are you okay?..."
He asked a little scared that he'd just swear at him again

Max just huffs and looks away
"What do you care."
He hugs the stuffed bear that he was holding under his hoodie even tighter,
"Your not David so go f_ck off"
' "why? Is David like a dad to you or something?" '
Max froze a bit, david, his dad?
'david..as my dad.. he'd be better then my biological one.. it.. would be nice if he was..'
Max's cheeks started to burn a deep red color
"F-F_ck no!!"
Saiki smirks and holds up his hands in defense
"I-its just.. normally it's David doing all the stupid prep-talking bullsh_t so.."
' "hey it's alright if you do see him as a dad, I won't say anything" '
Max looks at saiki for any ill intent in his eyes
"Fine.. whatever.."
Kaido smiles and puts a hand on his shoulder
"We can go back to the camp and relax, I don't wanna go hiking either"

It took a bit before max nods and gets up with the two teens
' "also you can take that teddy bear outta your hoodie, we don't judge" '
Max blushes from embarrassment yet again
"H-how-"
' "I can see the ears" '
He lied
"Bullsh_t! Your just trying to get me to trust you! F_cking weirdo!"
' "look again I don't judge, heck kaido here has 8th grader syndrome, and I still love him" '
Max looks over at kaido
"I-its true.. though I'm working in it!"

🧸Max's pov 🧸
I glace back over to saiki and then at kaido, I sigh before taking out Mr honennuts and hugging him closely
"Say anything and your dead"
They nod and head back down to camp
