Zoe's POV

as i bang into the thing i realise its a chest? WAIT WHAT!

"OMG,imsosorryididntmeantoumm....idontknowwhattosa-!" [a/n it says im so sorry i didn't mean to umm... i don't know what to sa-] i get cut of by a boy saying "Watch it,nerd." i say angerly back "Excuse me!" i look at the person to see its Gene 

{a/n im to lazy so G=Gene Z=Zoe and Lucinda will be in this bit so L=Lucinda}

G: oh your Zenix's sister

Z: okay, 1. i'm not just 'Zenix's sister' i'm my own unique person 2. i'm Zoe

i say that while extending my hand for Gene to shake.

G: Okay and 'im gene'

he says in a mocking girl voice and rolls his eyes

Z: no need for the attitude

G: ugh

I Feel someone hug me from behind i turn around and see Lucinda

L: Hey Girly 

Z: Hey Luci

She kisses my cheek in a friend way, out the corner of my eye i see a flash but i don't think anything of it.

Z: did Katelyn ask you to help her with the volleyball stand.

L: yeah she did, i am guessing she asked you to i'll walk with you

Z: oka-

G: wait can i speak to Zoe in private

L: okay don't be long, i'll start walking to the gym

Z:okay bye luci

{im changing back to normal now}

Gene pulls me aside which is unusual but okay,"Zoe you're my new pawn," he states calmly with a weird smirk on his face "I'm you're pawn okay , and how do you make that out?" i say trying not to laugh "i have something i know that you can't do anything about." he says still smirking as he hold up and shows me his phone...

[A/n pretend its Lucinda and Zoe]

i am in shock "if you don't do what i ask, i'll show everyone in the school this photo and tell them you're lesbian." He says staring at his nails "Fine," i say as i walk away to the gym

Gene's POV

she's so pretty, i'm so glad she's my new pawn, i need to come up with a nickname for her hmm... i got it 'short stuff' thats so cute for her.i go and find Sasha and Zenix in the gym on the bleachers

"Zenix stop flirting with Sasha." "i am not," he states socked i said that "yeah right, you expect me to believe that," i state,"well,yeah." he says annoyed "Well i don-," Sasha buts in by saying "Omg, guys stop fighting!" we sit in silence for about 2 minutes then Zenix asks "So 1. why where you so late and 2. why are you so happy." my gosh they act the same "It's nothing really," i state with a smirk "Okay" Zenix says sounding weirded out

Zoe's POV

 i get in the gym as the freshmen's are coming in, just in time i think to myself ; i walk over to Katelyn and give her the biggest hug "zoolo" she says as she picks up a ball, she throws it at the wall  and instead of hitting the wall it hits a freshman who's Date's friend, Garroth comes over puts his arm around me and starts arguing with Katelyn, i look at the bleachers and see Gene staring at me,

He walks over to me takes my arm and pulls me away from Garroth, he pulls me to the side of the bleachers "why did you do that?" i state question annoyed "because your my pawn and i could do what i want ,OKAY!" he says still with a smirk on his face "WELL YOU DIDN'T NEED TO TAKE ME AWAY FROM MY FRIENDS," i say getting really riled up,"Well i already did," he states getting irritated "WELL DON-." i get cut of by gene kissing me...
