Another Adventure || Asra x Reader

~on the way pt1~

  "I'm ready to go!" I spoke in excitement, I wonder how it'd be like, we've been to Nopal before but what will happen this time? More red beetles coming ou- no! I'm not looking forward to that, never again.

  "That's the spirit!" Asra walked closer and planted a kiss on my cheek, "Come on, we can stroll through the market on the way. Selasi should be baking the bread by now!" 

  "Ohh! That's right, we were missing fresh pumpkin bread from Selasi!" I laughed and headed towards the door, "We should get them right on time!"

  "Let me," Asra took one of the travel bags from my hands and sneaked another kiss on my forehead, leaving me with a flustered face as he giggles, "huh, don't like sneak attacks?"

  "I'm not sure if I should let you do it too often," I let out a smile and rolled my eyes, laughing at my own words, I can somehow feel Asra's heart, beating faster when I gave him a kiss on the neck. "Huh, flustered by just one kiss?" I mocked, then chuckling.

  "Pfft, you just proved that you can do anything with just one action," Asra laughed and opened the door, "You first, my love."

  "Oh why thank you," I bowed and let out a huge smile, going through the door, waiting for Asra himself to come out.

  Soon, we walked across the street to the market, it's pretty crowded for a time like this! I went to find Selasi's stall, but then I felt someone grabbing my hand.

  "Wait up, you know I used to lose you in crowds all the time," I looked back and saw Asra grabbing onto my hand, though I do remember losing him in big crowds.

  I smiled at him and held his hand, "Now you won't lose me that easily, I won't go far."

  Asra giggled before he started his next word, "Mm, do you smell that?" He sniffed the air, looking hilaurious.

  I take a little sniff with my nose, it was the smell of Selasi's fresh and hot pumpkin bread! I could recognize that smell from a mile away! Selasi's stall must be near, "Yeah I do, it smells delicious! It must've just came out of the oven, let's go!" 

  We run along the market, following the smell to the stall. Soon, we found it.

  "Hello! Asra and his partner, two of my favourite people! Come here, take these bread that I saved for you both." Selasi said cheerfully and handed Asra the bread, his pumpkin bread are always the best! "You guys are on another journey?"

  "Yep, another trip to Nopal," Asra smiled and gave me one of the bread, "How have you been?"

  "Ah, I have been doing great! The sales recently has gone up by a lot, I might not even have enough bread to sell!" he laughed and packed a few more bags of bread and sold them. "Now, take a few more bags before leaving, incase you get hungry on the way," he handed us two more bags of bread before turning around to serve his other customers.

  "Thank you, we very appreciate it," I gave a warm smile and turned to Asra.

  "Let's go?" he smiled and held my hand.

  "Let's stay here and finish at least one bag of bread first, I'm pretty hungry at the moment," I laughed, taking a piece of bread out of the bag.

  "Alright, eating the bread it is!" Asra chuckled and took his bread out, too. 

  I was eating my bread slowly, enjoying every last piece of it. I could never get bored of this taste! It's delicious, the puffy soft bread, letting out warm air when taking a piece, it has the perfect taste, sometimes I wonder what Selasi puts in these! When I finish my bread, I see Asra still eating piece by piece, he looks like he is scared of finishing it! I laughed and looked around, waiting for Asra to finish his bread.

  "Ahh, I'm finished, do you still want the taste of it?" Asra smirked, but I didn't really understand..

  "Ho-" he cutted me off with a kiss on the lips, the taste of the bread flows in like a river, I then looked away, flustered. 

  "That's how," he smiled playfully and recovers from laughing in a few seconds, "So, are we ready to go now?" 

  I smiled back, holding in my blushes but failed, I couldn't even speak without stuttering! I waited for myself to recover from that attack. When I recovered..
