Aga/POV

I'm just looking at Lea while we're all in the conference room dahil natapos na iyong project namin sa Forest Island. Mugtong mugto iyong mata niya. She really cried a lot and it is because of me. Naririnig ko parin iyong malalakas na hikbi niya kagabi hanggang ngayon. I suddenly feel conscience, what I'm even doing to her? Bakit ko siya sinasaktan? Ngunit mas nasasaktan ako dahil nasasaktan ko siya. I don't deserve her tears. I shouldn't hurt her most especially when I know that she's fragile.

"Because of your successful project, you are all invited to attend the Ball that will  happen in the Nirvana Palace" I heard ma'am Vina said and everyone here almost gasped in excitement.

"Oyy ball daw, mga bakla!" Vice enthusiastically said, almost jumping into joy.

Habang si Lea naman ay tulala, at parang walang naririnig. She is so lost inside her head. Her chin is resting on her palm, while her stare is nowhere to be found.

"Lea! May ball daw!" Rachel told to her, at bahagya pa siyang niyogyog. She just looked at her, and gave her a timid smile halatang hindi na sisiyahan.

Rachel just sigh as she looked at me, nag baba na lang ako ng tingin dahil narin siguro sa hiya. I hurt her best friend. I'm such an asshole.

Ma'am Vina are discussing a lot of things that I can't even comprehend, basta tango na lang ako ng tango hanggang sa matapos kami.

I saw Lea lazily stood up, and went out of the conference room without giving me any glance. Halatang iwas na iwas siya sa akin and I can't blame her for that.

Napalingon ako ng may kamay na pumatong sa balikat ko.

"If you won't gonna woo her, remember what we have talk, yesterday." Ian reminded me that made my jaw clench and my heart just silently shrunk.

"How sure you are na kapag hindi ko siya sinuyo, sayo siya tatakbo?" Nanlalaban na balik ko. He smirk, that made me want to punch his face.

"Let's just say...gwapo din ako." He proudly said bago niya ako nilayasan. Nakakuyom lang iyong kamao ko, nag pipigil na huwag siyang bigwasan.

Lea/POV

"Hoy! Miss Beautiful!" I flinched a bit and almost tear the page that I'm turning when someone's shouted me. I looked at sir Ian na bigla bigla na lang akong sinulpot at niyogyog iyong balikat ko.

"S-sir Ian!" I said, blinking my eyes.

"Kanina ko pa kasi ikaw tinatawag but you seem to be preoccupied." He told to me that made me close my eyes, and left speechless.

Am I that too lost? Am I that too busy handling the pain inside my heart?

"S-sorry." Is all I could say and bowed my head. I bit my lower lips when he lifted my chin, at mariin akong tinitigan.

"Anong nangyare sa Mata mo?" He asked me while he is scrutinizing my eyes. I removed his hand away from my face at nag iwas ng tingin.

"Napuwing lang po ako kagabi." I lied, kahit ang totoo ay alam ko sa sarili ko na namamaga iyong mata ko sa kakaiyak.

I heard him loudly sigh, as he sincerely look at me again.

"Umiyak iyong magagandang mata mo ano?" Mapanuring tanong niya, hindi naman ako maka-imik.

"Bakit? Anong nangyare?" Nanunuring tanong niya.

Pinaasa ako ng Boss mo eh.

"W-wala po Ito sir. I just miss my family " I gave him my timid smile, before I started to walk away from him.
