Deadline for participants are on 20 September (or should I extend it)
Deadline for judges to give their results are on 25 September
Judges will have to pm me the results.
As there's less participants, there would be only 1st Prize, 2nd Prize and a honourable mention.
Every one will get participation certificate of they want one.
