Charlotte Sloan stood in the hotel that she was staying at. She was new to Seattle and she had moved recently from New York and had decided to start her internship at Seattle grace hospital.
Charlotte knew that she had left New York for not only a new start but to come after old mentor Derek shepherd, he had not only helped her through medical school but he was her brothers best friend. Well he was before derek had caught him in bed with his wife
Charlotte knew Derek was posed but she knew that's couldn't be pissed, Charlotte and Derek had an affair back in New York through out medical school
Charlotte was nervous. She knew that she had come with Derek to Seattle and he had been working at Seattle grace hospital for a few weeks and she was excited but she also knew how nervous she was
"Are you ready" Derek asked as he walked into the hotel room as Charlotte sighed "no not really" Charlotte said as he looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled
"I know that you are scared but it's going to be oaky, it's our new start and I know it won't be easy but you are going to be a brilliant surgeon and the fact we are engaged doesn't change anything. It doesn't change that I am your boss and I promise to treat you fairly" he said as Charlotte looked to him and smiled as he leant in kissed her

Charlee sat in the locker room as she changed into her scrubs as she looked to Meredith who sat on the bench opposite her and looked to her and smiled as mia took a sip of her water and sighed
"Only six women out of twenty" Meredith said as Charlotte sighed
"Yeah. I hear one of them's a model. Seriously, like that's going to help with the respect thing?" A female intern said
"You're Cristina, right?" Meredith asked "Which resident you assigned to? I got Bailey" Cristina said
"The Nazi? Yeah, me too" Charlotte said
"You got the Nazi? So did I. At least we'll be tortured together, right? I'm George O'Malley, uh, we met at the mixer, you had a black dress with a slit up the side, strappy sandals..." George said as the three girls held a look
"Now you think I'm gay" George said as Charlotte looked to him
"Uh-huh" she said
"No, I'm not gay, it's, ah, it's just that, you know, you were, I mean, you were very, unforgettable" George said
"O'Malley, Yang, Grey, Sloan,Stevens" a doctor called
"And I'm totally forgettable" George muttered to himself.
Charlotte walked to the end of the hall and frowned as she saw the small doctor that stood at the nurses station, she kept glancing around hoping that she would see Derek and felt anxious and excited over it all
"That's the Nazi?" Cristina said
" I thought the Nazi would be a guy" George said
"I thought the Nazi would be...the Nazi" Meredith said
"you and me both"
