Charlotte woke up and frowned as and realised that she was in bed next to derek. She had remembered how they had hooked up. She looked to him as he lay asleep as she sat up from the bed and sighed
She walked over to her hand bag and looked to derek and smiled as she took her pill "your not leaving me here are you?" He asked as Charlotte smiled
"Not yet. Look last night " Charlotte said as she walked over to the bed as he grabbed her waist and pulled her close and kissed her
"It was great" he said as she looked to him and smirked
"It was what I needed to take my mind off of the drama,especially as my brother had been back in touch. But now I have to go to work and I have to face things and so do you. You have to face addison and last night you were in bed with me" Charlotte said as derek nodded
"Look last night. Addison will go back to New York and we will pick up where we left off. Last night was great" derek said as Charlotte smiled
Charlotte knew how sex with derek was what she needed last night and she needed the distraction from her brother and his drama and she knew that now that she felt sick with guilt. Charlotte knew that it shouldn't happened
"It won't be how it was derek" she said as he looked to her and nodded
"I know"

Charlotte sat in the locker room as grace walked in "oh so your not dead" grace said
"Last I looked I wasn't" Charlotte said as grace looked to her
"I have been worried over you . you didn't come home and with your mom. I was worried where were you" grace asked as Charlotte looked to her and smiled
"I went to clear my head" Charlotte said as grace looked to her and frowned.
Grace wasn't stupid and she knew when Charlotte was lying to her
"Oh you didn't Charlotte Sloan tell me you didn't" grace said
"What?" Charlotte asked
"You were with my brother weren't you? You were home all night because you had sex" grace said
"Keep your voice down okay. Yes we had sex" Charlotte said
"He broke your heart char"
"I know and I missed him okay. I really did and I needed him" Charlotte said as grace sat next to her and pulled her into a hug and smiled
"I get that I do" Grace said

Charlotte stood in the hallway with the other interns apart from Cristina as they attended pre rounds "I want everyone focused today. With Cristina out, we're short an intern and I have a feeling it's gonna be one of those days. And Karev, see the chief by the end of the day" bailey said
"What for?" Alex said
"Do I look psychic to you? He is the chief. He asked. You go" bailey said
