His body throbbed as he lay on the ground, exhausted. The floor of Gym Gamma was hard and cold at his back, and noises were drifting in. He could just vaguely hear the footsteps thudding towards him, accompanied by a shout.
"That's it? That's what you've got?" someone snarled with sharpness in their voice.
No answer at all.
The person just some meters away, Katsuki Bakugou, rolled his eyes, utterly annoyed at the dual hair guy there laying on the ground.
"You're pathetic." He murmured, folding his arms against his chest.
Todoroki snorted, staring at the blonde in front of him right on his crimson eyes.
"What? Thinking about her again?"
"No."
Upon hearing his answer, the blonde slowly bends down and sits on the dusty floor.
The silence consumed the whole area. "Giving up?"
Todoroki chucked, "Why? So that you can have a chance?" He smirked as the blonde furrowed his eyebrows.
"Instead of having stupid thoughts, try winning against me." He stood up, hands inside his pocket as he walked towards the exit.
Todoroki sneered, watching him go. "Sure."
