Sailor: yes it is, when you get off the boat be careful this city has one of the worst crime rates in the whole world, their's have been heroes who have tried to well do their job here but, they ended 6 feet under well that's not including Batman and his team.
Izu: understandable there are a lot of people here that you wouldn't think of as villains but they turn out to be, and Batman and his team are on a different level compared to other hero teams and when they're working alone against so many villains.
