"AAAAAAAH... hahaha.. every.. damn.. NIGHT" the blonde-haired girl woke up from the nightmares she had panting heavily, suddenly she felt a certain sharp pain in her head "tch and what's with these headaches I'm having" she paused for a moment holding her head "ugh... aaahh.. MOOOOOM!"
Ume woke up hearing her daughter shout for her in pain and ran to her room "Yuzu what happened !?" she opened the door and found Yuzu on the bed holding her head
"... why is it s-so.... s-strong this time!"
Ume ran to her daughter got in bed and hugged her tightly "shhhhh it's ok it will go away.. don't worry I'm here with you"
suddenly Yuzu remembered something "don't worry.. I'm still here with you" she groaned in pain as her headache got worse because of the pain and memories but after some minutes she calmed down
Yuzu hugged her mother and sobbed quietly then said "what's wrong with me ma.. I get these types of headaches every once in a while it's so painful!"
"don't worry bub, mama is here with you everything will be ok... we will find out soon"
Yuzu kept crying in her mother's arms until she eventually slept again
Ume put her in bed carefully and kissed her head softly "don't worry yuzu I hope whoever that is you find that person soon... I hate to see you in pain" Ume felt tears flow down feeling sad for her daughter unable to help her and went to her room in her new house
morning came and yuzu woke up and went to the bathroom to get ready, she picked up her uniform wore it and looked at herself in the mirror
"yeah a boring uniform what a start"
while her new school's uniform wasn't good for her taste she just didn't care about it and wore it as it is
she sighed as she put on a little makeup to at least hide her pained expression and brushed her hair
after that she went to the kitchen to find Ume making her breakfast "Morning mom" she said lazily as she kept walking to the door
Ume turned around surprised as she saw Yuzu walking out of the house "Morning Yuzu won't you eat ?"
Yuzu stopped walking and looked at her mother from behind with a sad smile and Ume knew that expression all too well "not hungry" that's all what Yuzu said before walking out and closed the door
Ume sat on the kitchen floor and kept crying for her daughter's state wishing for the day Yuzu will come back to her original self
Yuzu Aihara, once a sweet cheerful with bright smile little girl but for four years sadness, anger and pain are all what she's feeling
Sadness for her deceased father who died protecting her from strange people
Anger at herself for not being strong enough to help him, she even dyed her hair blonde to look like him and anyone who commented on her hair ended up completely terrified or injured
Pain... she doesn't know actually, for almost five years she kept complaining about a painful headache, it wasn't as painful or as often at first but it became worse and the reason for that.. she didn't know
she walked to the academy eyes on the ground not giving attention to anything around her like there was no one else besides her she was in her own world not seeing nor hearing anyone else
she kept walking until something caught her eyes.. a tall figure with long black silky hair and a small one with curly hair, this sight seemed familiar to her but she couldn't remember or well, tried to do but once she began to see some memories she felt her headache come again so she looked at the ground again "better not think about it"
she kept walking till she reached the academy and entered
many girls from the school were staring at the new student and mumbling things about her but she didn't listen and didn't care to listen until she heard some girls talk about her hair
she wasn't in the mood to break some arms or legs so she just glared at them and they walked away terrified and she kept walking
"excuse me.."
A/N
originally I made Yuzu the usual cheerful person we know but a thought came to my mind.. I can't put Yuzu in pain and nightmares every night and then make her wake up as if nothing happened
It's depressing to see Yuzu like this I know but it's for the sake of continuity
