They were in luck.
The lady who owned the place was just about to close down for the season and go on a much needed holliday when they drove in to the reception.
"Hi, Mrs Lee!" Taehyung chirped and got out of the car.
"My favourite photographer!" she held her arms out for a hug, "And my favourite athlete!" she hugged both boys.
"How have you been, Mrs Lee?"
"Busy." she smiled.
"We should've called ahead but this is more of an impromptu thing," Taehyung started, "Yes, we kind of needed somewhere for the night to let Jin and Joon have some alone time." Jungkook continued.
"How are the darlings?" Mrs Lee wanted to know.
"Well, Jin is a doctor now, Mrs Lee, and Namjoon is writing his thesis on some very complicated thing with quantum whatchamacallits. I think." Tae told her.
"Ah, I'm happy! Such proper young men, and so handsome!" Mrs Lee said, dreamily, "So, you cuties need a place to stay, huh?"
"Yes." Jungkook admitted, "But don't worry, we'll find somewhere else!"
"Nonsense!" Mrs Lee shook her head, "You'll stay in the deluxe suite, of course!"
"But," Taehyung started.
"Just lock up when you leave, and drop the key in there," she pointed to the key drop, "it was your favourite, no? The deluxe cabin?" she winked at Taehyung.
"Yes, but,"
"You'll have to go out for food, of course, but everything else is right there," she turned on her heal and went to retrieve the keys for them, "you boys enjoy now! I have to go or I'll miss my flight!" she gave each of them a fast peck on their cheeks.
"But we have to at least pay you, Mrs Lee!" Tae objected.
"Nah, we'll settle that next time!" she said and jumped in to her car and drove off.
"Wow." Tae stared after the leaving car, "That was unexpected."
"Yeah."
"Maybe she's got a hot date?"
Jungkook pointed his fingers to Tae in agreement and did his wide stance walk towards him again and pulled him close, "Whattya say, hot cakes? Wanna go check out the deluxe suite?" he asked in a low, seductive voice.
"Oh, yeah."
Giddy like two kids they got in the car and drove up the mountain and got out by the incredible cabin they'd just secured.

Inbedded with tall trees, the all wood structure seemed, protected, away from the harsh realities of everyday life, where it perched on the mountainside, looking out over the city down below.
The view was something else.
They took a moment, letting it in.
"Beautiful." Taehyung sighed.
"Yes." Jungkook agreed, turning his head, looking at him, "O, there's a jacuzzi!" Jungkook squeeled and clapped his hands, when he caught glimpse of it over Tae's shoulder.
"Mhm." Tae agreed, smiling, and went up the small stairs and unlocked the door.
"Whoaw!" Jungkook was impressed, taking in the surroundings, "Look at this bed!"
He threw himself on the fluffy comforters and moaned with pleasure.
Tae crawled up beside him and snuggled in to him, "Pretty great, huh?"
Jungkook drew him closer at placed a firm kiss on his mouth, "Amazing."

They were caught up in a slow, sultry kiss when Jungkook's stomach rumbled.
Loudly.
Tae broke from the kiss with a soft laugh, "Maybe we should get my man some food, huh?"
An even louder growl could be heard from said place, and Taehyung giggled and patted his lover on the belly, "Come on, sweetheart! Let's go eat! You'll get cranky and that's just no fun."
"Like you don't!" Jungkook swung himself up to a sitting position.
"Not like you, no." Tae stood up.
"Oh, come on! You do, too!" Jungkook complained.
"See? It's already happening!"
Jungkook stuck his tongue out.
"Case in point." Taehyung sighed, "What do you want to eat?"
"Food." Jungkook was already on his way out the door.
"Well, that narrows it down." Tae sighed again and locked the door behind them.

"Mmm, food." Jungkook sighed, happily, practically inhaling a large hamburger with fries.
"Mm." Taehyung agreed, taking it slow, savouring every bite, "So good." he groaned, smacking his lips while he chewed in that cute way he always did when he liked the food.
"We should get some snacks for later." Jungkook said between bites, and shoved three more fries in his mouth.
"Yeah, I think we better." Tae chuckled, and took a bite of his pickle, "Wouldn't want you to start chewing on the furniture." he winked.
"Hilarious." Jungkook moaned, rolling his eyes.

"How long are you planning on staying in that cabin?" Taehyung wanted to know, when they'd stopped for snacks at a small convenient store on their way back.
"What? I like to eat." Kook declared innocently, arms full.
"Mm. I know." Tae placed a chaste kiss on hiss fiancés lips.
"Eeeeww!" a group of young teenage girls exclaimed.
"Oh, grow up!" Tae snapped at them and dragged his boyfriend to the cashiers.
This wasn't the first time some stranger showed their disgust at them and it wouldn't be the last.
But it still stung.
Every time.
Taehyung was just thankful it'd been young girls this time and not a group of guys, he didn't particularly want to get beat up, which had happened to both of them on several occasions and was always a risk they were acutely aware of.
"I'm so fucking over this homophobia shit!" Taehyung shouted as they got out of the store.
"Yeah. Tell me about it." Jungkook agreed as he got in the driver's seat.
Tae put down their snacks between his legs in the passenger's seat and grew quiet.
"Do you think we'll ever be able to actually get married?" he wondered looking out the window.
Jungkook stepped on the breaks, turned the engine off on reflex and turned Tae to face him.
"Kim Taehyung, I do not actually care if anyone else acknowledges our union or not, it couldn't be more real or valid than it is now as far as I'm concerned, but I promise you, one day, you and I will walk down the aisle, with all our friends in attendance and pledge our love for eachother for all the world to know!"
"You think so?" Tae smiled.
"I know so." Junkook drew him in for a kiss, "I am your man. And you are mine." Jungkook brushed his lips over Taehyung's and was rewarded with a gasp as Tae opened his mouth, and he went for it.
Devouring his mate.
It sent shiveres down both their spines and Tae felt like he had been injected with warm honey, slowly filling his veins, making every bit of him pound with anticipation.
"Now, come on." Jungkook said, turning the key in the ignition without breaking apart, "Let's go fornicate." he pecked his love's lips.
"You are so romantic!" Tae bat his eyes and held a hand to his heart.
"Totally." Kook smirked.
