Preview to Valhalla

A/N: The major events have been set in stone(unless something changes last second), and although I haven't fully written the chapters out yet, this should be an accurate preview of what's to come, although the quotes might not be verbatim. The next arc won't release for a while, so I at least want to leave you all with a little teaser. More information on the hiatus at the end.

With Moebius defeated and Draken saved, next comes the gang based around 'the headless angel,' Valhalla. Which, according to google, is a load of bull. But it's cool, so whatever. Get ready for a reunion with the cast:

"Hey, Blake! What're you doing here? Picking up guys?"

"Thanks for coming to my birthday, Frank."

"Haven't seen you in a while, Frank. You never visited me in the hospital." "Ken-chin gets lonely easily, you see."

Garbage-tier acting:

"Maybe you should hold onto these instead. I'm really disorganized, and I might end up losing someone's lost belongings, and that'd be terribly inefficient, wouldn't it?"

"KonNIchiwa, I lost. How do I walking to the ...uh, train station? I not from around here."

Potential danger:

"We caught Frank, from the 2nd Division, entering Valhalla's hideout. It's not an undeniable sign of guilt, but we thought we'd let you know, as the Fifth Division."

"Frank...I feel like I've heard that name somewhere. Sometime in the past."

"You know something, don't you? What the fuck is Kisaki plotting?!"

"What were you doing with Takemichi-kun on Halloween? Depending on your answer, we may never be friends again!"

And just plain-out weird:

"If it really bothers you that much, you can try botox. There might be side-effects, but it should help. I'm not sure if you're old enough for it yet, though, and there's a long list of medical complications... "

"So, if we assume this curve models the amount of peyoung yakisoba in this container and this line is our x-axis, we can take the integral of it from 0 to a, a to b, and b to 10 and set them equal to each other. Then, we can use the 2nd Fundamental Theorem of Calculus..."

Now with a goal in mind and the resolve to act, she sets forward. But take heed! Since...

"Save me? I have no intention of leaving Valhalla."

"Don't talk to me like you know me. You don't know anything about me!"

"I knew someone who would sacrifice himself for the sake of his friends. He was a violent guy, but he'd talk about believing in his friends and such. And in the end, he really did do that. I don't think death is meaningful. There's no beauty in death. No one deserves to die, and there's nothing glorious in risking your life to save another's."

I won't hold back anymore. I'll stop everyone from dying. That was my answer, and I'll do whatever it takes to make it a reality.

"BLAKEEEE!"

A/N: College is really busy for me this semester (and I'm miraculously not doing half-bad), but it's still a major time sink. I'd also prefer to write out most of the arc before posting any of it to reduce revisions, like I did for the Moebius arc. On top of that, it's currently planned to be nine chapters long, the longest arc as of yet. That's why I'm setting a tentative date of around Christmas. But even if I'm not finished by then, I'll start posting what I have written. I might post monthly updates on my profile, detailing how far I've written.
