    - Jisung's P.O.V

"Jisung let's go" Renjun said meeting me at the gate when school was over

"do you want to go to my house" I asked

"If it's closer to here than my house then yes" I nodded 

"it is" I said and we walked in silence he was on the phone the entire time talking to someone but I didn't eavesdrop, mostly because I didn't understand what he was saying  

"Sorry it was my mum" he said when he hung up

"well good thing you're done talking since we're here" I said 

"Mum I have a friend over" I yelled out when I went inside and she came running to me

"Oh it's not the same one as last time but that's okay hi darling I'm Jisung's mum" my mum said going up to Renjun

"Nice to meet you I'm Renjun I'm Jisungs friend from school" Renjun said

"Jisung why did it take you six months to bring a friend home" My mum said to me and I smiled

"I'm sorry mum" I said and she nodded

"we'll go to my room now Renjun is helping me with a project" I said and she nodded and motioned for me to leave

"your mum is nice" Renjun said when we got to my room

"yeah she's the best" I said

"So let's get to why we are gathered here today" Renjun said and I laughed

"Renjun don't be an idiot" I said and he punched my shoulder

"okay so how are you going to confess your feelings do you know yet" I shook my head

"well first you should try and make up with him he's been quieter recently so he's sad and you should fix that" I nodded

"and if you're going to confess don't do anything stupid like a love letter or over text it has to be in person and personal" I frowned, I wasn't very good at personal

"Renjun what do I say to him" I asked

"I can't tell you how to express your feelings that's up too you" I sighed

"can you at least tell me how to make it up to him" He smiled and nodded

"do something for him that you wouldn't do for anyone else" I nodded, I'm not sure what I can do for him but I'll figure it out

"okay so is my job here done" he asked

"yeah but do you want to stay for a bit" I asked

"what you want to spend more time basking in my glory" I rolled my eyes while he laughed

"no my mum would start asking me if my friends hate our house because they never stay long" I said and he sighed

"fine only because I like your mum" he said

*next day*

I walked into school today not knowing what I was going to do, I sat through the first class which was music and watched Chenle from a distance. Renjun was right he seemed less upbeat. My next class was maths, I spent most of the class thinking of ways to make it up to him and ways to ask him out

"Renjun I know what I have to do" I said to him when I found him walking to the cafeteria

"bro you know people are here that means they see you talking with me right" he said and I nodded

"I have to give up my privacy for him" I said and Renjun laughed

"you know there are so many other things you could've picked but I guess this works" he said and motioned for me to follow him

"you ready" he asked and I nodded

I knew this would be the end of me and Chenle sitting together under the tree, the end of being alone and the end of having so much privacy, but for Chenle I didn't mind

When I was walking next to Renjun and talking to him I could see people stare and I heard whispers

"Oh my god I think I've seen it all is that Jisung" Jaemin said walking over to me and Renjun

"yeah I guess I thought it was time to become truly part of the group" I said and he hugged me

"sup guys" I said and sat down next to Chenle, he looked up at me and frowned

"why are you here Jisung" Donghyuck asked eyeing me up and down

"well normally Chenle comes and sits with me every break and since he hasn't for the last few days I missed him" I said and Renjun gave me a thumbs up

Chenle stood up suddenly and grabbed my wrist "come with me" he muttered and pulled me away, he let go and I followed him. He walked all the way to the tree we sit at normally 

"yah what do you think you're doing" he yelled

"what do you mean" I asked and he scoffed

"saying bullshit like I missed Chenle while you have a boyfriend" I frowned, did he think me and Jeno were dating

"But I'm not dating anyone" I said and he rolled his eyes

"oh please I saw you with Jeno at the party" I laughed

"I don't know what you saw but Jeno is like a brother to me" he scoffed and crossed his arms

"I saw you guys holding hands" he said and I smiled

"we hold hands all the time when you drag me around to places" I said and his eyes widened

"are you jealous Lele" I asked walking closer to him

"jealous of what" he said 

"jealous that someone else held my hand and not you" he looked flustered and turned his head away

"I'm not jealous of anything and I'm leaving" he said walking away

"wait" I said and grabbed his hand

"what do you have more accusations to make" he said and I smiled

"no more like a confession" he sighed and stood still

"okay go on with it then" he said and I closed my eyes and tried to think of the right words to say

"hurry up I don't have all day" he said

"I'm sorry for hurting you" I said

"and I like you Zhong Chenle I really fucking like you and I really want to take you on a date" I said with my eyes still closed because I was too scared to look at him

"don't make up things" he said and walked off

"I'm gonna kill Renjun" I muttered

I don't know what I did wrong, I tried to make it up to him, I apologised, I confessed and I made it personal and he just left

I sat down and sighed, I don't want to stay here anymore, I'm just going to go home and maybe fake being sick so I don't have to go to school tomorrow and face Chenle after being rejected
