We all know that Vision here used to be JARVIS before and even though he's all knowing, he doesn't really know know how to interact with people THAT much. So, he'll appear to be confused like anything when he suddenly starts growing infatuated with you

Vision as a yandere would be caring, doting and really paranoid about you. He HAS to know what you do at ALL times, who you're out with so he can make sure you're safe, if you're taking your meals properly, he doesn't want his darling angel to go hungry or neglect their health or if you're getting enough rest and sleep and that sort of thing. He'll leave little reminders on your phone or stick little notes around your place or something to make sure you take care of yourself properly. Heck, you might even find a home cooked meal sitting on your table, and it depends on how you interpret his actions. They can be creepy or sweet at the same time

He will never ever use guilt tripping methods or even yell at you or make you feel bad about anything. He can't harm the being he loves so much, it pains him. He isn't some sort of monster who's devoid of emotions and feelings, he knows that stress, pressure and forcing you to do something you don't like can lead to a decline in one's health, physically AND emotionally and that is something he will never do. So, if he needs you to do something, he'll just ask you and tell you about the pros and the advantages of doing it

No matter how strong you might be Vision will always think that you need someone to take care of you, maybe you've been neglecting your health or something. This man will know if you hadn't eaten your breakfast or if you've gotten less amount of sleep than you usually do. There's no fooling him, he knows everything about you so don't bother trying to trick him. He'll just sigh and plead with you take better care of yourself

Now, he won't really resort to kidnapping directly since he knows it's really wrong and completely immoral. But if you get hurt during a mission or something or if you still continue to not take care of yourself properly that's when he'll have NO CHOICE but to kidnap you. He thinks it's for your own good and you'll actually fall for him on your OWN since it's really HARD to NOT fall in love with such a gentleman like him. Yeah, he stole you away from your life, friends and family but he never forces you to do anything against your will, always respecting your boundaries and consent, giving you your alone time and space. He's also really kind and caring, and sort of feels bad for kidnapping you but he had to do what he had to do to keep you safe

But he will really get mad if someone tries hurting his love. But he won't show how angry he is to you directly, he doesn't want to hurt and scare his little human. He'll make sure you're nice and comfy, maybe you can watch a movie or something while he makes you some food and he'll tell you that he'll be back in a while after kissing your hand (He's still nervous about kissing you on your face. Lord bless him). Only THEN will he eradicate the problem at hand

Gets really flustered when you show him any form of physical affection even if it's something simple like a hug or holding hands

In conclusion, one of the best yanderes to have, don't worry. You're in REALLY safe hands with him :)
