A Yandere Steve Rogers Oneshot🎄

Prompt 10: Ice Skating 🎄 Requested by @Kuno0014 and I hope you enjoy :) 

It was a chilly and cold wintry day, there was snow piled up around places in your neighborhood and the snow looked like a white sheet on the ground. Usually, people would take this splendid opportunity and chance to chill and relax at home, maybe watch some movies with their loved ones with a steaming mug of hot cocoa, or curled up on your couch with a good book with some light jazz playing in the background or just snoozing in your bed all day long, not having to face the cold and harsh climate and windy weather of the winter

But you were a special case. You LOVED the winters and it was also Christmas, one of your favorite holidays of the year. From spending time with loved ones, to admiring the decorations around places here and there, and the rich smell of gingerbread and plum cakes dominating the atmosphere around bakeries whenever you go out....it was truly magical for you. You always loved going ice skating ever since you were a kid, but now that you were kidnapped by Steve, you doubted if he'd let you go to the mall for your yearly Ice skating tradition that you've had ever since you were a child

But Steve ended up surprising you instead. Over dinner on Christmas eve you seemed distracted than usual and Steve asked you about it to which you just mumbled a 'nothing' and continued eating your dinner. But your caring and lovely significant other Steve here couldn't bear to see you lost in thought too much, he was getting rather lonely too since you weren't really talking to him and so he decided to find out what was on your mind. He kept asking you about it again and again and till you finally caved in and relented and told him that you wanted to go ice skating this year to the mall. Steve immediately said no, fearing that someone could see you and do something to you, his protective instincts shooting over the roof for you. And besides, he was also paranoid that you'd try something funny like run away and leave him again 

But this time you promised that you wouldn't leave him and you honestly didn't care if you went to the mall or not, you just wanted to ice skate. You begged him not to deprive you of this opportunity and he said nothing about the matter and went back to eating his dinner saying nothing. You sighed and slumped your shoulders, well it was almost worth it. What you didn't know was that Steve was planning a cute little surprise date for you for Christmas, you wanted to ice skate so badly right? So he was going to get you your Christmas gift whatever it takes. And besides, he didn't really have anything to worry about as long as you were close to him and where he can keep an eye on you to make sure you don't try anything silly 

After you went to sleep he went to the Avengers' compound and don't ask me how, but one way or another this man here organized a freaking skating rink just for you in a room. He was pleased with himself and he hoped you'd like it and he decided it was time for him to get going. He had to wake you up early after all for your surprise. He reached back to both of your home and climbed back in bed with you softly kissing your head goodnight as he wrapped his arms around you protectively like your very own guardian angel and went to sleep

The next morning he woke up before you did and made your favorite food for breakfast for the both of you and after that, he woke you up. He kissed your cheek and said "Merry Christmas doll, you'll have to get ready after eating your breakfast, we'll need to get going to the Avenger's compound'' and you nodded dully, eating your food. It's not like you weren't doing anything special or exciting for this Christmas anyways. But you were soon to be proven wrong 

Steve and you went to the Avengers compound and after everyone gifted you both your gifts and you gave them theirs, he led you to a room and when you opened it, you couldn't help but let out a gasp. Steve made an ice skating rink just for you and it was even better than the one they had at the mall. There were Christmas decorations in the room as well along with a cutesy little Christmas tree in the corner, with some books to read and all of your favorite stuff. You looked at him with tears glistening in your eyes, you felt emotional since he'd done all this for you and you thanked him most profusely and kissed him on the cheek much to his pleasure and happiness

He'd even brought you your favorite colored pair of skates, he was so considerate and kind. You never thought you'd actually be THANKING your kidnapper for something but yet here you were, sniffling and thanking him for the surprise he'd made for you. He gently cupped your face and told you to have fun and enjoy yourself but you pouted and told him that you wanted him to join you as well and hearing that he was happy but at the same time he started becoming a flustered and blushing mess

You both skated for a really long time and Steve admired how agile and gracefully you moved across the ice rink. You really were an angel for him. Steve decided it was finally time to go back home before you catch a cold for spending too long in such a cold room for a long time. You kept telling him 5 minutes but that 5 minutes never came, you having too much fun. Finally Steve had to literally carry you bridal style and carry you back home. He made sure you had a nice warm bath and when you were wrapped with warm cozy blankets, he gifted you your other Christmas gift, a beautiful necklace and you gifted him a sweater you'd knitted specially for him. This was the first Christmas you'd spent with Steve and it was truly magical, perhaps Christmas miracles do come true after all.....
