( A/N: A small Wonki oneshot )

Jungwon's POV

Haa... Haa...

It hurts. Were the only thoughts I had clouded in my mind. The overjoyed emotions of finally meeting the babies disappeared immediately. I soon no longer had any capacity to think or even be overjoyed of finally meeting our little ones because of the painful labor pains

Small whines and groans were the only sounds that had filled the hospital room we have resided for a while now as we got to the hospital. It really hurts, was all I could feel all around me and my body

My hands kept clenching and unclenching on the blanket that I had draped over me, clawing them hard as my hands trembled of the overwhelming pain. I felt like I was going to faint by the pain at any moment

"Its cold...it's hard to breathe.." I gasped in pain and whimpered, cold sweat began to slip down my forehead despite the air conditioner hugging it's chilly air around the room and to my clothed skin

Reading about childbirth was so different from reality. All the preparation and studying I did had rendered unhelpful in the end when it was finally happening

What drove me even more crazy, was that the pain only worsened over time with every tick of the clock. But it kept on happening over and over again with no end in sight. The whines, groans and whimpers that'd escape my lips gradually grew louder and louder as time ticks by

"Haa...ah....ahh.." Were the only sounds that my husband would hear from my figure on bed that's doing all it can and endure the pain "Ki...it hurts so much...." I managed to speak to him despite the pain becoming unbearable, my body trembling like crazy as I turned to look at him

Nishimura Riki. My husband, the one I had gave my whole heart and life to is currently looking at me with a very visible concerned expression painted all over his face. I can't blame him though, who wouldn't become concerned when you see your dear beloved in this much pain?

"Won..." He softly spoke, trying to not let me hear his voice straining as he's concerned to death about me right now. Feeling the warmth of his hand intertwining with mine, I swear the pain subsided for a little while "You're doing great...it'll be all over soon, I promise... I'll be right beside you, okay?" Even just his voice was enough to make me forget about the brutal pain for a little while

I let out a shaky breath, eyes half opened as I gripped on his hand that held mine. It didn't take long before the second stopped whines and groans of mine resumed to fill the room once more. I closed my eyes shut, completely baring with the pain that lasted like for eternity

It really hurts. It hurts a lot...

Tears squeezed out from the very crook of my eyes, I could feel them falling down along with the cold bead of sweat dropping down from my forehead. I heard Niki take a deep breath out, my forehead now being gently wiped by a handkerchief as my breath hitches, obviously straining in pain "Niki...." I called out to him
