Good Morning, ruined...

The sweet chirping melody of the birds out the window, the soft ray of sunlight hitting his face, the gentle comfort of the bed against his face, and this secure yet warm embrace around Jungwon was everything

Last night was tiring indeed. Being a parent isn't anything special for both Jungwon and Niki as they do have two little ones, it's just life just decided to make things difficult for them yesterday that the moment they got home, they both dropped down into bed and slept like sleeping beauty side by side

The situation was that of pure rush. Imagine waking up late for work because of some precious time for each other that previous day, getting your kids ready for school and for daycare, almost forgetting some important stuff, stubbing your toe on places multiple times in the morning and all the more almost leaving Yoonwon behind due to how rushed they were

Ha....that was so tiring...

It was so tiring that Jungwon couldn't feel his legs while Niki lost all of his strength due to all those rushing by yesterday. Slightly wiggling under the covers, Jungwon rubbed his eyes lightly as he roamed his hand around the table next to him to check what time it was currently on his phone

Taking a short minute as he successfully retrieved his phone without waking his beloved husband who was cuddling him asleep, Jungwon checks the time from his phone and found out that it was already 7 AM in the morning

Jungwon sighs "I have to make breakfast, wake up the kids and get them ready for today– ah, it's Saturday today..." The latter sudden remembers as he checks the date on his phone to see that it really was a Saturday as he had thought

But before Jungwon could rejoice and go back to sleep without any care in the world, slithering hands around his waist soon pulls him back close to him as Jungwon gasped in surprise softly

"...Niki.." Jungwon utters gently, feeling Niki's lips hover to the back of his neck as he feels the male's sharp breath hitting his skin "You're staying too far from me..." Niki says in a raspy and low voice to Jungwon

"I was just checking the time honey..." Jungwon responded, gently turning around to look at Niki who had his eyes half opened as he looked at him. Niki, however, just stayed silent as he slowly raised his fingers to graze them along Jungwon's cheek as he softly plants a kiss unto the latter's forehead "Anyways, did you sleep well?" Niki asks him, Jungwon just hums under his breath as he moves closer to Niki's chest

"I slept like a baby." Jungwon laughed. Niki just airily laughs before tracing his hands down to the latter's chin so that he'd look straight at him "Did you dream of something good last night?" Niki asked, making Jungwon hum again once more as he replies "Hmm, why do you wanna know? Are you gonna ask me if I dreamt about you last night?"

Says Jungwon, Niki halted in his actions while Jungwon chuckles as he cups his husband's cheeks with his hands "Hahaha, honey don't tell me you're gonna pull another "I don't know what you're talking about" at me again, are you?" Says the latter

Niki blinks a few times before leaning his head more to feel the love of his life's warmth more on his cheeks as he chuckles raspily "Ahaha, guessed right." He says, making Jungwon giggle as they gently kissed each other's lips fervently

The moment they pulled away, Niki swiftly hovers on top of the latter as he attaches their foreheads together "Niki, what are you doing?" Jungwon questions while he looked at Niki on top of him, arms around the male's neck "You know this feels like a dream..." He says
