seola stared through the glass window
a shimmer of white and yellow lights hung like banners near the entrance of the restaurant, flickering. it was so pretty that it resembled the stars in the black sky
"what is this place?" seola turned to face mark and he just gave her a small smile
"you'll see" he said, taking off his seatbelt and walking to the other side to open the door for her
such a gentleman
"m'lady, mister lee is at your service" he bowed, stretching out his palm in front of her as she took it with a giggle. "why thank you, mister lee"
her heels slowly touched the rocky pavement, and the blanket that rested on top of her thighs were removed when she pulled it off and left it on the seat
she subtly adjusted her black dress downwards as it was already riding up her legs
soon after she got off, mark closed the door behind her and passed his car keys to the valet to park the car, signalling them to park the car
seola linked arms with mark as they proceeded to walk to the entrance of the restaurant, where the front counter was
"hi sir, how may i help you? and did you make a reservation?"
"yes i did, table for two under mr lee please" mark said, adjusting his grip of his arm on her arm
the waitress at the counter, looked at her mini ipad and her eyes lit up when she found his reserved table
"oh yes.. mr lee, your table for two is right this way" the lady took two menus and passed it to a waiter behind her, waiting to escort them to their table
as they followed the waiter inside, a loud chatter was heard over the soft jazz music that was played by the live band
they walked past many couples that were having their anniversary dinner dates and some families that were having dinner celebrations
the waiter led them into a private room that was dimly lit to fit the setting in the restaurant. the table was placed their the large glass window which showed a vast scenery of the ocean and the beach
"please ring the bell when you want to order and if you need anything, just let me know right away." he said, placing the menus on the table and walking out of the room
