UNTOLD ABILITIES OF HANAGAKI TAKEMICHI

THE TOMAN MEETING

After successfully waking up both Chifuyu and Takemichi (and a failed attempt on asking Chifuyu what was wrong, Chifuyu mouthed he would explain later)

When they finally reached, Baji and Chifuyu were separated from Takemichi who went to stand in the second division while they went to the front of the first division.

Mikey started the meeting with the usual talk about other gangs progress and stuff but Takemichi was watching Kisaki from the corner of his eye. He looked like he wanted to murder someone. One the other hand, Chifuyu was eyeing Takemichi. He was shocked when he heard about Takemichi's parents. He never expected that Takemichi, his partner, one of the happiest and selfless person he ever met had such a bad past. He wanted to cheer him up. So, he was thinking of a plan.

"Now as we all know, our first division captain joined Valhalla a few days before our conflict. The reason was because he had suspicions about a traitor among us. Even though his suspicions were false, the fact that he joined an enemy gang for Toman's sake proves that he is worthy of the title of the first division. However, we also decided it was for the best if instead of one vice captain, he had 2 captains. Our first division captain Baji Keisuke and our first division vice captain Matsuno Chifuyu will choose the person who they want as their partner"

The others kept quiet, waiting for them to speak.

"I, Baji Keisuke, first division captain-"

"And I Matsuno Chifuyu, first division vice captain choose"

"HANAGAKI TAKEMICHI as the second captain of first division"

To say Takemichi was stunned would be an understatement. When Baji-San was saved, he had given up on being one of the tops of Toman. He was certain Baji-San living would change the future and he wouldn't need to become the first division captain. But still, he tried to hold his tears as Chifuyu held out a new sash made by Mitsuya himself.

Takemichi took the sash and tied it onto his uniform. Again, he stood straight and put his hands behind his back.

"Tokyo Manji Gang's New First Division Captain, Hanagaki Takemichi!" Takemichi looked over to Mikey kun and then to the rest of the founding members and finally to Chifuyu.

"I'll rush through every obstacle and wear this with pride! I swear it!" When Takemichi finished, the whole shrine was silent for a split second.

Until everyone started to cheer.

"TOMAN! TOMAN! TOMAN!"

TIME SKIP TO AFTER THE MEETING

Chifuyu and the others decided to go to Mikey's house. It has become a habit for them to have a sleepover at whichever house Takemichi was staying at and since Mikey wanted to bring Takemichi home with him, the others decided they wanna go too.

"Takemitchy, here, you are gonna sleep with me"

The others immediately protested. No way is their Takemichi going to sleep with Mikey.

"The hell you mean Mikey. No way Takemitchy's going to sleep with you. "

After some arguments, Takemichi was sleeping on the bed while the others were taking the couch or the futons

"I'm going to take a shower, alright?"

"Sure, you go ahead, we'll play cards. You can join in the next round."

"Okay, sure"

Takemichi went to the bathroom to take a shower. As he opened the buttons of his shirt, he stared at the scars in his body. Apparently, when he time-travelled, the scars from different future timelines stayed with him. The scars of his mother's abuse was there too, of course. He had belt marks all over his chest and back and burn marks from the blast (The timeline where Hina died in front of him, if you don't understand) His stab mark from saving Baji-San was there of course along with last but not the least, the bullet wound in his thigh where Kisaki had shot him. Usually people would be scared or sad when they saw old scars but to Takemichi it was proof that he was fighting. He wasn't a coward, he was a fighter.

Suddenly, there was loud shouting from outside. Takemichi, alarmed as always rushed out without noticing that he was only wearing a towel.
