it's a vacuum
seeking all that is good
leaving nothing but space.
empty
stranded
in our own heads
falling
through an endless pit
down
down
down
until we've reached the bottom
and the cold seeps in
a hug
surrounding
choking us
and then
a sharp tug at the heart
and again
downwards
fast
down
down
down.
