○Turned | Kakucho x Reader x Izana

I'm rewatching kny, so guess what? Demon Slayer AU-

'How the hell did this happen? I was only gone for 2 or 3 hours! ' The H/C haired girl frantically thought as she stumbled slightly since she was carrying two unconscious people on her back. God knows where she got the strength to do it from but here she was, trying to quickly trudge through the cold snow.

The girl had left her two friends to watch a single mother and her child since the woman had said her husband had gotten lost along the way and she was scared. But.. When Y/N had finally made it back the woman and child were gone and all that were left were the bleach blonde haired boy and the scarred boy. Both covered in blood and unconscious in the snow. 'The next town is still an hour away.. Don't you worry you two, I'll get you both some help.. ' Her mind was going miles per minute but her E/C hues flickered as she felt movement come from on top of her back. Were her friends finally waking up?

The weight of her and the boys began to become unstable as her feet tripped over on another and the three of them stumbled off of the small cliff. Once she had finally landed, oxygen begun to enter her body once more since she had landed on her back. The H/C haired girl sat up and groaned a little while she looked around as her two friends had suddenly disappeared. "Izana? Kaku? " She called and looked to the side before fully standing up and jogging over to them when she finally caught sight of them.

"Hey.. I'll get you guys some help. " She softly spoke as she stood in front of them and was about to put her hands on their shoulders but stopped when she noticed that they had a few veins popping out of their faces. She grabbed a thick enough nearby stick and placed it in the bleach blonde haired boy's mouth while she kept her other hand on the half blind boy's throat. But the sheer strength of them caused her to fall backwards while trying to keep them restrained.

"Please don't become demons Izana! Kakucho! I'm begging you! Don't give in!! " She cried out while all she got in response was snarling and growling noises erupting from their throats. 'I'm sorry.. We promised to protect each other and yet.. You both ended up like this. It was painful wasn't it? You both suffered and I wasn't there to help you! ' Salty tears began to prick the corners of her E/C hues as she thought. "I'm sorry!! It's all my fault! " She yelled but her eyes soon widened as she felt tears that weren't her own fall onto her cheeks.

The two of them were crying, whether it was because of the pain or not she didn't know. Y/N's head turned to the side before she suddenly grabbed the two boys and rolled them over so she was on top, causing whatever was coming to slice part of her hair. A boy with short lilac hair and black hoop earring watched her closely as he held a sword in his hand. 'Woah.. '

"Why are you protecting them? They are demons, you know this right? " He inquired as he fully turned to the girl who was struggling to keep the two demon boys from escaping her grasp. "They.. Their my friends! " She yelled out as the boys began to let out growls again. "Your really calling those things your friends? " The lilac haired make questioned as he placed his hands on his hips.

While Mitsuya tightly held onto the two demons, he watched with narrowed eyes as the H/C haired sprinted towards him head on. 'Your an idiot if you think demons can be turned back or redeemed. ' He thought as he lifted up his foot and slammed it against the side of her head once she got close enough to him, making her fall to the ground unconscious. He took note of the two boys' growling had stopped once they realized what had just happened and stared at the sight of her on the snowy ground.

A small noise left his mouth as the demon with bleach blonde hair kicked him away while the one with a scar across his face ran towards the girl in the snow with his claws still extended. But, his lavender hues widened as he expected her to be immediately eaten.. Except she wasn't. The boy with the scar held her tightly in his arms while one with earrings was crouched in in front of them in a stance that suggested he was trying to protect the H/C haired girl.

"There.. I assume their dead so I made 'graves' for them. " Y/N mumbled as she stood up as looked at the two boys who now had black facial masks that were tied behind their heads. They were both clad in fresh clothes now: A yukata, hakama pants that were tucked in fabric around their ankles with black socks and a pair of zori on their feet. They seemed to have calmed down and weren't trying to attack her like before. Just what happened while she was out?

"Okay, are you both ready to go? " She spoke as they looked at her while she held out hands. A small smile painted her lips as they both gently gripped both of her hands that were cold from the chilly air and snow.
