Hey, y'all I know I've said I'll go inactive for a bit however I wanted to share this journey I've been through... Y'all probably already knew that I was a part-time artist and as you can see I posted some of my wips in this book. To be honest it took me a while before I got a hang of it... However, that's not the point here I want to share and give tips for beginner artists out there!

Y'all are doing great! Just keep striving!

Tip #1
Don't compare yourself to other artists, you're unique okay! Don't get too pessimistic about your art... It's evolving every day Don't stop thriving! Keep going! You'll get there eventually.

Tip #2
Use references or watch tutorials! I promise it'll help you achieve your dream art style

Tip #3
Don't push yourself too much, you don't have to draw every day You can at least draw once a week but if you feel inspired you go and do what you want!

Tip #4
Experiment with your art! It might help you find your comfortable way of drawing.

Tip #5
You don't need fancy gadgets or expensive art materials... Cheap ones are just as good as the expensive ones.

Tip #6
Try and motivate yourself by writing stuff like "you're almost there! Don't give up" it will really give you more positive energy. I did this and wrote inspiring quotes behind my sketchpad.

Tip #7
Believe in yourself! You're one great artist! And yeah try using a thinner line with your lineart.
