Chapter-4

Isabelle / Bella Pov: - 

The proud mansion stood before me, and I stood there rooted in my place while placing one hand on my backpack and clutched my phone with other. The maids came out of the mansion and took the luggage's from me. 

All I could see was new faces, what can I expect after 10 years. But then my eyes moved to the front door, I saw an old lady who walked out of the mansion with a bright smile on her face. It was the same lady who pampered me just like her daughter.

I removed the mask from my face and ran towards her and her eyes brightened even more after she saw me. I hugged her tightly while she did the same. I missed her a lot. She was the most important person in my life. And I could never forget her. The workers watched us with confusion lurking in their eyes. 

Guess they don't know me! 

By the way, you were wondering right? As how I know the old lady who was there with me since I was a kid, I have a big fat ass memory power and because of it I am struggling here trying to forget myself since I was born.

" My sweety, how are you? It's been so long, and I missed you so much. Wah, you are looking just like your mother, you are such a beauty darling! " She yelped excitedly, and I watched her who was jumping excitedly because of my presence.

Maybe she was the one who asked my family to accept me!

" Now come. I will show you around, you must have forgot the mansion after returning from such a long time! " She said and dragged me towards the mansion. But stopped and turned around.

" Place those luggage's in the room which is beside Gabriella mams room " She said out sternly as the maids bowed at her, she turned towards me and gave me a wink for which I chuckled out as she dragged me inside the mansion.

As soon as I entered the mansion, I was hit with a wave of disgust. I hated this place. I hated everything about it. The memories of all the happy times I'd here now felt like a mockery. All I wanted to do was leave and never come back.

" So, this is the living room in which guests will arrive, although no guests will arrive so don't worry. And this is the dining room, and you have to be here on time like at morning 8:00 Am sharp, and if there is a holiday then you have to meet here at afternoon 1:00 Pm sharp, and evening 8:00 Pm sharp. If you will not come sharply at this time your older brother will be angry so, try to be here sharp even though I or other maids will escort you here. " She said for which I nodded at her with a forced smile as she toured the dining room.

" And this is the kitchen where you could find me and here is the place where we will chat and gossip about the stuff! " She said with a wink.

She didn't change a bit! Still a playful lady.

" And the rooms in this ground floor is the guest's room. " She said and I nodded at her while walking with her. We walked towards the first floor and saw the pictures of my family which were hanging on the wall, those pictures screamed happiness at me. I looked away from it before listening her radio.

" And these rooms belong to you & and your siblings. These rooms are set by your parents as age wise from elder to younger. And your room is the last one. " She said as she dragged me to the room. 

" And this is your room! " She said before opening the door dramatically. 

I was taken aback when I entered my room. It looked like a completely different place than I remembered. I mean same aesthetic, but the size of the bed and room has increased. The walls were lined with expensive looking paintings and the furniture was all new and very fancy. It was like something out of a movie. I felt uncomfortable.

And then I saw the maids who came out of the closet and went out before bowing to the old lady and then me hesitantly. Once they were nowhere in sight, she dragged me again in the room. 

" Your siblings were so excited when they heard you were returning back, they renovated the whole room and look it's so beautiful. " She said as she showed me the bedroom and then we walked near the balcony.

" See this balcony, isn't it beautiful? From here you could see the whole view of the forest, and a cozy bed to rest which will lure you to sleep! " She said excitedly.

I wish!

" And this is your closet. " She said and I took in the view. The room was filled with the clothes, jewelries and what not. And then I saw my luggage which was placed in the corner.

I sighed in a relief as no one touched it! She again dragged me in my room, and I gave 1 last look to my luggage before walking with her and then she said.

" After a long time, we met sweety, hope you had a good journey in your life. And now I will take my leave. I want to talk with you more, but you must have been tired after having a journey for so long. " She said and gave me one last hug before breaking it.

" Now it's past the dinner time, and I guess your siblings are not coming back home because of the work. Do you want to have your meals? " She asked for which I shook my head in denial.

She smiled and walked away closing the door behind her. I sighed in relief as now I was met with the silence. I locked the door behind me as I gave one look to my room searching for the CC cameras.

I once again toured my whole room and then found out a perfect place. I took my luggage and started to keep them in their places. And then took my nightwear before going to the bathroom.

I entered the bathroom, flipping on the light switch and wincing at the sudden brightness. I walk over to the sink, turning on the hot water and letting it run for a few moments before cupping my hands under the stream and splashing on my face with the warm water. I reached for a towel, patting my face dry before setting it back down.

After doing my business, I strip down, getting into the tub and sinking down into the warm water. I let out a sigh of relief, closing my eyes and enjoying the heat. I stayed in the tub for a while, until the water starts to cool off. I get out, drying off and getting dressed in my pajamas.

I walk out of the bathroom, flipping off the light switch and making my way to my bedroom. I climbed into the bed, snuggling under the covers and sighing.

This is the only heaven which I am not interested in!
