Lucky Romania, a man who works at a villain rehab Center. He has a mix between a spider quirk and emotion quirk mixed together, he mostly uses his quirk to make a pink smoke and help rehabees relax

He can make different colored smokes that manipulate emotions, pink causes people to relax, red makes them angry, blue makes them sad, and grey makes them emotionless. If he bites someone, they become completely paralyzed for 30 minutes
