His name is Soda Callibri Gaster, he's a bounty hunter. He's from the Angel kingdom, but is a wingless Angel. He has minor magic, mainly he can lift things with his magic (the item getting ingulfed in a green glow)

He's lazy, constantly tired, and an insomniac. He lives in a small run-down shop where people come to give him bounties. He doesn't own much, and is fairly alone. He makes a point to his clients that he isn't a big family person, he's a bounty hunter purely for money
