Betrayal

Chapter 1

Aurelia's POV

I focused as I aimed at the moving figures in front of me , hitting them right in the center of there head .  I remember the first time I held a gun I was only 13 years old , It seems like so long ago as I am now 21 years old .

I blame it on the life I'm living , as much as I love all the luxury stuff I have . And As grateful as I am with my parents I wish we were living a normal life .

" Aurelia " I heard from behind me , I was too busy concentrating on the moving cardboard people that I didn't notice someone come in , out of instinct I quickly turned around aiming the gun at the person who was now behind me .

" Woah woah it's just me " said my brother Alejandro .

" Has nobody ever told you not to sneak up on someone holding a gun " I said as i put the gun back on the wall .

" Nope , Usually if I'm sneaking up on someone they don't have the time to shoot " He said with a smirk .
I just rolled my eyes at him as I drank some water

" So did you just come down here to tell me about the people you've killed Or— " I asked .

" Oh right , Mom sent me to get you . And be careful with your old man because it's one of those days .. " he said .

" Another deal gone wrong ? " I asked .

All he did was nod as he threw his hand over my shoulder as we walked up the stairs and down the hallway that led to the dinning room.

" I want you to figure out who did this , And when you do make sure they know who they messed with . Do you understand ? " I heard my dad grit as he looked out the window and hung up once he saw we came in .

" Mi vida , how's your day going " he asked as he hugged me tight .

" Good papa , I was just in the shooting ring . I'll be going out with Vera and Kali later " I told him as I sat down at the dining table .

" Ok mija , Just be safe like always " he said as he thanked the servers .

" I always am dad " I sighed .

" the best Acero is here " said Gonzalo as he walked in , Causing me and Alejandro to roll our eyes .

" Actually Im the best Acero " both me and Alejandro said at the same time causing us to have a starring contest .

" Anyways , Why we're we told to be here " said Gonzalo as he looked at my dad .

" We will be heading out of town , I have some important business to attend . And I need both of you to keep an eye on the trouble maker . " said my dad.

" I don't need them to watch me " I said annoyed .

" Mi amor , it's so that we know your ok while we are gone . " said my mom .

" Ok esta bien " i said as i ate some of the chicken on my plate . ( Ok it's fine )

" Gracias mi amor " said my mom . ( Thank you my love )

" When do you guys leave " asked Gonzalo .

" in two days " said my dad.

" and when will you guys be back " I asked .

" We are hoping that it will only take us a couple of days , but we will let you guys know " said my dad .

" And NO PARTIES " said my dad looking at me .

I raised a brow as I took a sip of my Jamaica , and looked at my brothers . I started planning a party as soon as he said he'd be gone.

" No promises " I said .
