What happens when you try to do digital art without knowing how? A disaster, that's what happens. And that's what happened to me today.
Let me introduce you to my first try at digital painting:

Please, digital art Gods, forgive me for this. I really tried, but I just can't seem to do it right. And the hair, uh, it's horrible! But... At least, it looks like hair and that's an improvement.
So, this was my first try at drawing digitally and I hated the experience. My fingers were itching the whole time for me to drop my phone and get my charcoal. My respect to all those artist out there that do amazing art this way, but, for me, painting is about enjoying the experiment, about going somewhere where only our imagination lays and I need my fingertips black from my charcoal and my clothes dirty with paint to really enjoy it.
My biggest issue here was... Everything! But specially, the shadows and light. I just didn't know how to draw it, but I did figure it out at some point... Maybe two or three hours later.

Ok. I'm going to stop my ranting now. This try of my was meant to be a character art for a book I'm reading, called "Señor Sexo." It means "Mister Sex" in English.

Así, como muestro en la imagen, es como me imagino a Laura. No recordaba muy bien el color de ojos, peroooo... Creo que era verde. Palabra clave: creo. Y las pecas están ahí, solo que son poco visibles😖
