Your love
felt like heaven.
Your kisses
melting like wax against my skin.
The warmth of your touch
soothing my aching heart.
Which sits bleeding
from the lies that once left your lips.
The lies,
that hid another woman
while I sat in ignorance,
receiving half your love
while she,
the other.
She stupidly accepted
what was rightfully mine
from you,
with no question.
But
I don't even blame her
because your love felt like heaven.
And your kisses...bliss.
