(14) Pleasent surprize!

As I ran out of the hospital,I almost tripped but picked myself up. I knew I could do this! I had to! It was the only way I could save Guido!

"I need a bike!" I thought to myself. I ran to the bike shop, instead of buying one,I just rented one for a few days until the race.

I put the bike at the beach where I would practice swimming. "Oh! I forgot to get my helmet!" I thought as I stared running back to the shop.

While I was running,I felt someone grab my arm and pull me back. "Ciao (y/n)!"

It was Ciccio. He was standing there witha friendly smile and a little wave.

"Oh,Ciao Ciccio." I replied as I looked around the small town searching for the bike shop.

"Where are you going?" He asked. "To the bike shop. I forgot to get a helmet." I told him. "What do you need a helmet for?" He asked. "To ride a bike." I said. "What are you riding a bike?" He asked. "Gosh your inquisitive today." I told him. He giggled.

"Well,basically Guido is extremely sick and needs the money to buy medicine. Since the prize money is $500 I'll have the right amount to buy the it." I told him.

Ciccio looked around as if he was thinking about somthing.

"Can I help?" He asked witha smile. "Help with what?" I asked. "I'm tired of working with a dirty cheater every year. And I'm sick of it. So,maybe me and you can work together." He told me.

I raised an eyebrow at him. "Don't worry. Nothing weird. Me and guido may not be friends anymore,but he was always good to me. And I think it's time I return the favor." Ciccio said witha small grin.

I giggled and smiled. "Ok. You can help me! I'm glad to have you on my team." I told him and smiled. "And I'm glad to be on it." He replied.

We then ran to the bike shop to get me a helmet.
